I had some water hammering in my kitchen hot water, and I did everything I could think of to fix the issue. After I couldn't get it fixed I called ARMS and the man who showed up went through what I did, then fixed it by twisting the hot water shutoff (it was a little bit shut, causing the hammering).

I asked him how much I owed him, and he said it was free. Granted it was an easy fix, but he drove over to my house and fixed it for no charge.

I will definitely use this company more often.

Angel was incredibly customer service oriented. He was super fast and informative. We were actually pretty surprised at how fast he was able to give us a quote and come to the house for a first time customer. Right away he was able to tell us the problem and that he had the answer to that problem and how to prevent it from happening again! Thank you so much Angel!!

They were early and very nice. The outlets had tripped and he also tried to fix that as well. Was super informative and was very comfortable around my dogs and cat. I loved how he also willing to explain things to me and got straight to work. Will be using them again!

This is in response to their response. First, we got an estimate of all the work we needed which included clearing the bathroom sink. That, however, was overlooked. Second, we were told simply that his work was guaranteed for one year. Third, we spoke them only once when we were informed that certain work was not guaranteed. Fourth, the person we did speak to was rude. Fifth, we did not give them even two stars. We would never use them again.

I'm impressed by the professionalism of this service. The scheduler worked me in, then Angel called to see if I was available sooner. He got my refrigerator line reconnected and the valve replaced quickly and cleanly. I can't recommend him enough.

I had read the reviews on here and they seemed so positive I thought I would give them a try..when I called the girl was very nice said let me check the schedule..thinking I was gonna have to wait a week or so (like everything else I call on) I was floored when she said he could come that day..I said I'll take it!! Angel phoned me and asked if he could come earlier than time scheduled..Another plus! He did the dishwasher line we needed to have so we could get our new dishwadher in
stalled and said if there was any problem when they came to install to just give him.a call and he would come back. A very nice professional who came to my rescue! Wouldnt hesitate to use them again..Thank you so much..a very happy customer as our new dishwasher was installed today perfectly.

Called ARMS, and I am so glad I did, I made the mistake of calling another local Company, an just like classic give plumbers a bad name, They Did, wanted to replace a whole run of Pipe, etc and I had to pay them to find out I'm going to be ripped off.

Well along comes an Angel, Angel that is, of ARMS Plumbing, Not only did he not replace a whole run of pipe he Spent hours tracing down the leak, and this was late in the evening, I actually told him to go home to his family it will wait (mind you my gas was shut off)

He returned an found the leak, replaced a very small, totally unreachable section of pipe,

And his price was, to say the least, shocking!!

It was so reasonable, I wanted to pay him more...

If you need a plumber, don't make the same mistake I did, by calling somebody else.

Call ARMS, you might have to wait a day, but It will be the best thing you can do. I can testify you WILL not get ripped off like the, 'we charge you to come over plumbers'

Got the referral from a trusted friend. Friend is still trusted! Lol. Angel is easy-going and thorough. When my water heater went out, the manufacturer fed-ex'ed me the thermocouple and sent me off on my own. The part was a bit different than the original but Angel saw to it that made a good fit and despite the extra time it took to finish, he still only charged me the original one hour price. I asked him if he would come back and do the plumbing for a whole-house remodel next year and he said ""Not usually. I'm a service and repair guy."" What honesty!
So for all my future emergent rooter needs, ARMS is my new go-to guy.
