I started and ran two small businesses. I know how hard it is for a small business to exceed a customer's expectations. Tony exceeded every one of mine! I recently had a DIY YouTube moment and managed to shear off an external faucet while trying to tighten it. I had to turn off the water to the house. I found Armadillo on Yelp and texted Tony. I received a reply in minutes. I texted him 2 photos. He texted back pricing. Thankfully for me he had an opening in the early afternoon. He texted me when he was on his way. He was polite, professional and extremely efficient. In what seemed like less time than it took me to shear off the faucet, he had attached a new one and the water was back on! The price was exactly as he quoted. On his way out, I remembered a small problem we had with a shower. He looked at it and did a quick fix at no charge. On top of it all, he is a very gracious person. I feel like I now have a friend in the plumbing business.

Five stars for professionalism and customer service - to a non customer. I called and left a message requesting a quote to run a propane gas line. He took the time to call me back, promptly I might add, to let me know he didn't work with propane (some kind of special licensing) and gave me a recommendation. He's on my list to call for any other type of plumbing work outside my husband's realm.

I am looking for a plumbing Installer for my remodeling job. Tony was prompt in returning my call as well as giving me 2 names of plumbers that did do installations. He could have ignored my message but he stopped his work simply to help me find someone who could help me. I will let others know that he is a professional repair man and very helpful.

Excellent! Tony and his partner were great, very professional! Had to have 2 new toilets installed. We called for the part, they came by a hour later with the 2 toilets, and we're done, maybe 1&1/2 hours, for both toilets! Recommended "highly"!!

It's now about 3 weeks later, and Tony and Juan came out to put a new hot water heater in. Mine went out this morning, and they were very punctual ! When you find someone you can trust, stick with them! Their the best!

Tony is simply the best. I called him because I had a sink that would drain properly. He came over and quickly resolved the issue and was fair with his price. A few weeks later my outdoor faucet started leaking and couldn't be stopped. Tony came over on a Saturday and fixed it right away. A few weeks after that (they come in 3's right?) my water heater started leaking. Tony did a great job and once again was fair on the price.

In my opinion there are 3 major things that separate Tony from the competition.

1. He is super responsive. I called several plumber to never even get a call back.
2. He is very knowledgeable. He provides excellent advice on any issue.
3. His prices are very fair and his quality is unmatched.

I will never use another plumber again.

We had a 3 year old water heater start leaking. I looked up some plumbers on yelp, made a short list and called a couple 5 star places. Unfortunately they were all booked up and we couldn't wait. Blue Dragon and another one told us to give Armadillo Plumbing a try.

We called and were glad we did. He came right out and gave us an estimate. He arrived early the next day with the new water heater. He really knew his stuff, was quick and professional. I made a note of his name and number. We will call him again when things go wrong.

Back in the spring we were looking to replace our two water heaters and found Tony by way of a recommendation and by looking at Yelp listings. He did such an excellent job that we called him to come back later when I wanted to upgrade our main shutoffs. The quality of work was outstanding in both cases, but what really stands out is that Tony is just a really nice, respectful guy. It wasn't just to us. I was really impressed with the way he treated the guy who helped him with the water heaters. Our heaters are in the attic of a 2-store house, so there was a lot of labor involved. Even so, every word from both of their mouths was of the highest level of respect to each other and to us.

I recommend Tony without a second thought, and have done so to my friends needing plumbing services.

The best Plumber I have ever had the pleasure of working with. My first experience with Tony was on a warranty call a few years ago. We had leak in our foundation, and the hot water line had to be re-routed through the attic. Tony spent two days working to get us hot water again, and even installed our water softener while he was on site, and solved the mystery of why we could never get hot water in our master bathroom sinks. I have called him since then to repair an in ground pipe that burst on Easter weekend, that no one else even wanted to come look at, and he was cheerful, even though there was much more digging than initial thought. I will not ever call another plumber. If Tony is not available, I would rather just do it myself or wait, than have to call somebody else, he is that good! I have a bathroom remodel in my future, and he is the only person i trust to take it on.

My water heater gave out yesterday. Most plumbers were booked well into next week, including the big name companies in town, but Tony was available to come out yesterday and give me a quote and then came out this morning to do the install. In both cases he showed up on time, made sure to call a few minutes before arriving, was very friendly and polite, and did a great job installing the new water heater. After installing it, Tony took the time to explain to me the features of the new water heater and had fully filled out all of the information on the warranty card for me. Before leaving, he and his assistant ran all the hot water lines in the house to try to get out any trapped air and they checked around the floor near the trap door to the attic to pick up any insulation that may have fallen. Great job, done by a guy who really understands customer service.

Tony is the absolute best! Initially, I was referred to him by another company I had called when my previous plumbing company became unreliable and unresponsive. I am SO thankful for that referral because Tony has come through for me several times now in some urgent and unexpected situations with such professionalism, courtesy, consistency, and a true desire to provide great customer service for his clients with integrity. Tony is quick, efficient, conscientious, clean, and has always left his work areas looking awesome. He is very accommodating in a business that I'm sure is FULL of special accommodations and tricky scheduling. And, I have so appreciated Tony's very educational observations about the circumstances he's found and the work he's done. He even walked me through a quick repair I was able to do myself over the phone at no charge. Tony is a great guy, very pleasant to work with, and that you'll never mind having in your home. He is trustworthy, extremely fair in his business dealings, and he has become my #1 go-to for any plumbing needs. I highly recommend him in a heartbeat for anyone needing his services.
