I am looking for a plumbing Installer for my remodeling job. Tony was prompt in returning my call as well as giving me 2 names of plumbers that did do installations. He could have ignored my message but he stopped his work simply to help me find someone who could help me. I will let others know that he is a professional repair man and very helpful.

These guys came on a weekend when others said they would only come on a Saturday if it was an emergency. Our kitchen sink was clogged and he cleared it out quickly and was very friendly and polite.

There was a knocking noise every time we turned the water off at a sink and flushing the toilet. I was told by someone else it was the piping in the wall but Tony did not agree and came up with a plan. He replaced some faucet parts, replaced and fixed toilet tank parts, cleaned some sink drains and replaced the water heater. (The water heater was under warranty and Tony did all the leg work with where the heater was purchased.) We had used Tony in the past and liked him so we called him for this project. The knocking noise is no longer and everything works smoothly. I can't emphasize enough Tony's commitment to quality, experience, service and expertise when it comes to plumbing, he is the best! I would highly recommend Tony for any plumbing need you might have!

Tony is a friendly professional who gets the job done. We've called on him for several different instances, including small jobs (leaky faucets, garbage disposal failure) to big ones (hot water heater replacement). Throughout it all he's been very upbeat and helpful. We appreciated that he would give a small time window for when he'd show up (none of that "between 8 and 5" nonsense, but something more like "around 10 and 1") and would text when he was 30 minutes out. He also took proper precautions with masks and social distancing during covid times. Thanks, Tony!

I have gone through a lot of plumbers for some reason. One company seemed to have to fix the problems caused by the previous. One highly rated company left an open pipe and told me they would come back to fix it . They never did.
Tony just left my house. We have used him 4 times and he is the best I have found by far. Super nice guy. COMPLETELY trustworthy.

This review is long overdue, but I guess that means that I can testify to the work holding up well. Like some other reviews, I was also referred to Tony and Armadillo by Blue Dragon, who was also great. Since then we have hired Armadillo twice. First, he came out to replace our shower valves, one of which had sprung a leak. Not only did he do the repair, he referred me to someone to do the required tile work and repair the sheetrock damaged by the leak. We couldn't have been happier.
Next, I called Tony back to fix some issues with our water heater recirculating system that hadn't consistently worked right since the install 15 years prior. All is fixed and now we have hot water, no many how many people are in the shower.
As far as price, I didn't really shop around, but the quotes both seemed fair to me.
Would (and have) recommend without hesitation.

Tony is simply the best. I called him because I had a sink that would drain properly. He came over and quickly resolved the issue and was fair with his price. A few weeks later my outdoor faucet started leaking and couldn't be stopped. Tony came over on a Saturday and fixed it right away. A few weeks after that (they come in 3's right?) my water heater started leaking. Tony did a great job and once again was fair on the price.

In my opinion there are 3 major things that separate Tony from the competition.

1. He is super responsive. I called several plumber to never even get a call back.
2. He is very knowledgeable. He provides excellent advice on any issue.
3. His prices are very fair and his quality is unmatched.

I will never use another plumber again.

I developed a leak in the drain pipe from my washing machine inside the wall of my laundry room. I was referred to Tony by another plumber and I can't imagine the first guy could have been any better. Tony was able to come out the same day and had my wall opened up and the leak fixed within a couple of hours. He was extremely courteous and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Hopefully I won't need another plumber anytime soon, but if I do Tony is the first person I'll be calling.

Armadillo was referred to me by Blue Dragon which was "backed up" in commitments for 3.5 weeks. I did not want to wait that long. BD gace me 2 names and I called Armadillo first. This fellow was fast and efficient. He also charged me less than he quoted because the job did not take as long as originally thought! That is honesty! When another plumbing need arises I will be calling them again!

The best Plumber I have ever had the pleasure of working with. My first experience with Tony was on a warranty call a few years ago. We had leak in our foundation, and the hot water line had to be re-routed through the attic. Tony spent two days working to get us hot water again, and even installed our water softener while he was on site, and solved the mystery of why we could never get hot water in our master bathroom sinks. I have called him since then to repair an in ground pipe that burst on Easter weekend, that no one else even wanted to come look at, and he was cheerful, even though there was much more digging than initial thought. I will not ever call another plumber. If Tony is not available, I would rather just do it myself or wait, than have to call somebody else, he is that good! I have a bathroom remodel in my future, and he is the only person i trust to take it on.
