Vladimir is who you want to call if something goes wrong with your plumbing in any way. He's prompt, communicative, knowledgeable, fast and affordable. To top it all off he has the biggest smile and the friendliest attitude through the entire process.

Thank you Roman and Vladimir! Although I have a home warranty plan, the company could not get a plumber out to my house for 24-48 hours. We had a blockage/stoppage and the toilets were acting up and one of our clean outs was leaking. That alone could qualify as an emergency. But my husband is in the midst of chemo and today was a bad day and not one we could get thru without fully functioning toilets. I decided to forget about the home warranty and just get a company out ASAP! I found Arlan Plumbing on YELP and took a chance. Beginning with Roman answering the phone, listening to me babbling due to upset, I got humane, understanding, helpful treatment. I almost felt like I had called a friend with an SOS and they were responding with ""don't worry, we will take care of you""Roman had someone, Vladimir, at my house in about 1 hour. Vladimir arrived, got to work, checked all 3 clean outs and made sure they were all clear. I could concentrate on just taking care of my husband again. I am so grateful that in today's world, Arlan Plumbing, made me feel ""heard"". Oh and the price was the same that I would have paid as a service call with the home warranty company. Roman did not charge me any emergency fee, which he could have and he also extended a YELP discount.

I ended up ripping the bolt from the floor trying to tighten down a loose toilet. the toilet became unseated from its seal at that point and had a leak every time I flushed. I used Yelp to find Arlan Plumbing and unlike the other places I requested a quote from, they got back to me very quickly with a quote and we set up an appointment the next morning.

Vladimir, the owner of Arlan Plumbing & Rooter arrived promptly at the agreed time and immediately started to assess the issue and begin the task of removing the toilet and re-applying a new wax seal. He was fast, took care not to create a mess or damage anything, and attended to the repairs with utmost care. He is tremendously professional but also very friendly and made the entire process fast, effective and painless. And after the work was completed, Vladimir made every effort to clean up and left the bathroom as he found it... better even.

I cannot recommend Arlan Plumbing enough. Great work at a great price and I'm very glad to have found a reliable plumber myself and will not hesitate to call them in the future.
