Brad saved my day. Tenant reported gas problem at 8PM on Saturday during the Labor day long weekend holiday. Brad is willing to go same night with a short notice and fixed the issue.

The five star rating is for our service tech, Brad. He was flexible with my very inflexible schedule and was able to come out at a specific time instead of within a window. Our hot water heater needed a new thermocouple and he replaced it quickly. He was friendly, efficient, and very professional.

For the company overall, I would adjust my rating a bit. The cost for 45 minutes of work was $250, not counting parts. We provided the new thermocouple. This seemed high, and I should have verified this in advance.

As long as you are comfortable with the cost ahead of the work, you will not be disappointed with Arlan Plumbing.

After calling out a washing machine repair man for a leak from my new machine,I was told the problem was the drain pipe in the wall, not the machine. I picked this company off Yelp reviews and was very pleased. Brad arrived the same day in the arrival window and knew what he was doing. He fixed the problem quickly, explained everything and told me what to do if it happens again. They honored the 10pct discount on Yelp. A happy customer.

Update, have totally changed my mind about these guys! BEWARE!!! I was a repeat customer but never again. I guess my job was to small for th.em. If they send you some joker named Frank send him packing and get another plumber.

Very happy with this company & highly recommend. Had a house full of people in town for a family party and our kitchen faucet/sink was leaking .. water was everywhere under the sink and it was unusable. Called them in the morning and they were able to work us into their schedule and make it out to the house a few hours later. Very professional/courteous and they got it fixed with a houseful of people. Did a great job and the prices were very reasonable. I now have a plumber that I can trust. Thank you very much!

I had a great experience with Arlan Plumbing. I called them in the morning to come replace our leaking kitchen sink faucet. Frank was over to the house just two hours later and got right to work. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything that he was doing. He finished quickly and cleaned up around the area.

Great experience overall. Arlan will be my first call the next time another plumbing issue comes up.

We had a huge leak in the garage anytime we had water running in the house (faucets, shower, you name it). Called Roman last night (a Sunday night, at that) to see if anyone could come out today.. lo and behold, Frank arrived after midday to check out our leak. He was thorough, fixed the problem within an hour and let us know exactly what the problem was. All that, and reasonable prices too for such a last-minute call.

Will definitely call these guys again if we have plumbing issues.
