Literally the worst experience I've ever had with a plumbing company.
Setting up the appointment was not a problem. I had multiple offers and ended up choosing them because they replied first.
Had an appointment between 7-9am but they didn't arrive until 10am. That was annoying but I got over it. However when the technician arrived he immediately told me that he couldn't fix my problem until after he comes back at 5pm.
I tried explaining that I had things to do that day and didn't want to be at home all day waiting for him to arrive because it was more convenient for him.
I called the company once the technician said he couldn't do it and the manager said ""He will send someone else to fix my plumbing problem. I was annoyed that this was happening but I got over it.
The next plumber arrives and starts working but after like 15 mins he says that he needs a bigger tool and that will take him about 3 hours to get it.
5-6 hours goes by and it's not 5:30 pm and I get a phone call saying that the bigger tool is broken and that he needs to fix it and should be operating at full speed tomorrow in the morning.
If it will be fixed by 6am... Is it really broken!? Are you seriously staying up all night trying to fix this machine so you can ensure the 6am appointment?

Any company that lies to their customer and wastes their time deserves a negative review.

Just go to other plumbing companies that live and die for their reputation. This company doesn't care about their reputation.

They were very responsive and courteous and did the job quickly and at the lower range of what they quoted me. I will use them again.

I made an appointment with this company to come out and give me an estimate for a job I needed done. The only time they had available was during working hours (5PM or earlier). I made the appointment and took time off of my work to meet them at my property. Nobody ever showed up. I called multiple times to see if someone was coming but my calls were never answered. I even left a voicemail and no one ever called me back. How disrespectful!!! There are a lot of other companies that value their customers and respect their time. DO NOT give this company your business. Look elsewhere.

I sent a message through yelp and they responded promptly. I spoke with Roman who was very pleasant and gave me an appointment the next day to do the annual flush on my tankless water heater. He gave me a reasonable quote (about the same as most for that service) but when I asked if I qualified for a yelp discount, he happily says yes (every little bit helps).

Roman gave me a one-hour window between 9 to 10 a.m., but since this is a rental property, I asked if he would have the technician call when he is on his way so I wouldn't have to wait in the car for an hour. Once again, Roman was happy to do oblige.

A very friendly young man (I think his name was Brad) called me the next morning that he was in the area and I headed immediately out the door to meet him as he waited patiently for me at the property. He got immediately to work and when I offered to get some paper booties out of the garage (it was raining), he quickly went back to his truck and returned with his own supply of booties. Brad didn't complain that I talked his ear off while he worked, cleaned up nicely when he was finish and was on his way in less than an hour (I think?). They weren't the cheapest but they weren't the highest either. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT and I will definitely use them again.

I would recommend them to anyone and am a customer for life. I didn't catch the guys name, but he showed up on time, was super polite and nice, and spent time answering our questions. He went way out of his way to help us even though he didn't have to and it was so appreciated.

Roman handled my tub faucet repair and did an excellent job! His company has reasonable prices and excellent customer service. I highly recommend to anyone looking for any kind of help with plumbing issues to call their company.
