DO NOT HIRE ARK PLUMBING! Their tech flooded my kitchen, caused over $14k in damages, and they refuse to respond to communication. It's been over a year, and I'm now filing a complaint with the state licensing department.

On Friday 10/14/22 we had an appointment scheduled for btw 4-7 pm. to fix a valve on our toilet. At 6:45 pm. we received a text that said the plumber was still at prior job and it was running past schedule. . At 7 pm. we requested that the appointment be rescheduled and we scheduled for Tues 10/18 at 10 am. I confirmed that he would be there at 10 am. to which Joshua replied that we would be the second job of the day and he assured me that the plumber would be there at 10 am. 12:03 they were unable to provide an ETA. 1:28 I phoned the company to give them a piece of my mind for now having wasted 6 hours of my life waiting on their company and false assurances. After the first day waiting three hours for nothing I would think that a company would go out of their way to be sure that a customer was not inconvenienced a second time, but sadly not the case. Horrible experience!

Mitchell Construction and Remodeling, Inc. State Certified CBC1257850 Winter Haven, Fl. Contracted to perform a whole house remodel in Poinciana. My plumbers wouldn't make the drive to Poinciana. Quess what........ARK Plumbing is now my go to plumbing company. I am so fortunate to have found them! They are polite, clean, knowledgeable, on time, professional and understand the mechanics of a whole house remodel. I have read quite a few negative reviews on here.........""""you get what you pay for"""". I have worked along side many plumbers. Mark, the Technician Tom sent to my job is second to none!! To retain these top notch employees you have to pay them very well. Trust me, I know! Some of these reviews are written out of pure ignorance of the cost of doing business these days. (in my opinion). To perform a small job you still need the same truck, use the same tools, load and unload the truck, burn the same amount of fuel, pay all your taxes, pay your employee, drive to and from job which sometimes keeps that employee from making five times as much on a larger job. You should thank your lucky stars there are licensed professionals willing to take on the """"small jobs"""". You can always find an unlicensed, uninsured, non tax paying handyman!! Only problem is when he gets hurt he owns your house or he destroys your house and is never seen again. This is the first job ARK Plumbing has worked with my company on and it certainly won't be the last. Their prices are more than fair for the professionalism you get in return. Luis Cruz and Todd out came out for a leak that had been going on for some time now. They immediately and accurately diagnosed the issue and fixed it. We had multiple companies come out to look at the issue, and Luis and Todd definitely made the competition look like novices in the game of plumbing. Pricing was better than other companies, and they were transparent throughout the entire process. We even learned a thing or two about plumbing. I would hands down use them again, thank you for the great service guys.

Ark Plumbing is a wonderful company! Responded to my inquiry so quickly and sent someone out within hours! Their appointment fee is steep $80 to come out, but considering a gallon of gas is so high and you're paying for someone's time I understand. What I truly liked was that they text you when the plumber is on the way along with a picture! I felt super safe! Paul was so nice and saved us a ton of money!!! I definitely recommend!!!

They charge $80 to diagnose the issue and get a quote, if you decide to go with them that will go towards the total. We had an issue where our tub faucet didn't shut off the water. Total was around 250. They came out the same day and the service was pretty quick. Definitely recommend.

These guys showed up unstopped toilet found were the blockage was in system and didn't show back up for over 3 weeks to start project. Left the toilet uncooked after putting back together and lost the two cover for the screws. Once started didn't finish left yard in complete shambles and didn't care! came back 3 days after digging trench with machine put in new drains nice job then used bob cat to fill in ditch and tore up rest of yard not just we're they dug trench! Left all bush's out of ground to die! Broke sprinklers in 3 area and didn't even think about fixing! Would not recommend them at all!
