Not only are these people unprofessional and rude they do the bare minimum to get paid and have very little knowledge of plumbing. Unfortunately we were given this company from our home warranty provider and didn't have a choice. Should have looked closer at their reviews before agreeing to use them. Long story short we hired a private plumbing company after waiting over a week for them to respond and them trying to capture extra monies from home warranty. Stay clear of these clowns

The Owner, Elona, told me to ""F_CK OFF""!!

I am actually crying as I write this review. I was assigned ARK through First American Home Warranty. The owner, Elona sounded nice on the phone through out most of the process though I don't think she was honest about her communications with First American. (too many details to elaborate on this portion)
The service guy was nice and I thought all was going well but it turns out he did not do a thorough analysis. Before they could come back to fix the first issue with water heater I discovered an additional issue. Elona, advised that even though they had not yet fixed the first issue, they would need a new claim for the secondary issue. (another $85.00 payment from First American). After weeks of trying to get this resolved, First American agreed to submit a new claim (another $85.00 to ARK). When I called Elona back to schedule the repairs I commented (good job just got another $85.00 from First American). Granted I was a bit sarcastic, but after having spoken to her 5-6 times after a two week period I felt more like I was talking to a friend or aquaintance.

Her immediate reply was ""F_CK OFF"". Not really much more to say than that, right? I would stay clear of this company.

Their knowledge was terrible to the customers. When the Home Warranty company dispatched this contractor to fix the garge ceiling pipe leaking problem. The plumber sent a report and said that the pipe need to be re-configured and not covered by the insurance. The out of pocket service charge was $1125. It was a joke. My own plumber took only 10 minutes to fix the problem. It costed me $495. Don't waste your time and money on this company.

I want to start off by saying that our complaint is a common theme for this horrible company. We are all victims of the same warranty company and plumbing subcontractor. This plight is one of many reviews that has been written and goes back as far as 3 years and yet nothing changes. First American warranty is aware of this but refuses to change it. Do not use ARK and more so do not use first american. This company is sent out by first American warranty to look at my water heater tank that leaked. It took them 3 days to get out and was only out for 5 mins to let us know that the quote will be sent out soon. It was essentially lip service and nothing is done. The leaky tank just sat there for the next week. It took them another 9 days to sent a quote while the water damage continues to create further damage on my dry wall. We ended up getting our own plumbing company who came out to remove the old tank to install another, all in 4 hrs. I have thus far cancelled my subscription with the warranty company and has to forked extra monies for the water damage

I was referring to Ark thru my warranty company. The worst customer service I have ever come across from any company ever. I called numerous times for an appointment and the receptionist told me they were working on it. I gave them times I was available and when I wasn't available. Of course, they scheduled someone to come during the time I wasn't available and had to rearrange my schedule. The plumber they sent out was the rudest technician I have ever dealt with. I would never recommend this company to someone.

ARK Plumbing was contacted by my warranty program. The plumber, Sal, was great! He fixed my the leak under my kitchen sink and was very professional. He took the time to show me where my Gate valve was and also the street shut off. The office staff was very helpful and friendly. Great company that I would use again.

We're referred by the Home Warranty of America for our new home to do a gas leak repair cited by So Cal. Gas Company. we expected professional service they asked us to pay $750 citing non covered work, they made us wait for a week to schedule the service after we have paid them. When we called them, they put us on hold for about an hour. Finally they fixed the line, but they left the drywall open, and did not communicate the open wall with the insurance company, they were supposed to test our system per So Cal Gas Company for gas leak ; however, they would not test it because the stove was not shut-off and they refuse to pull the stove and shut it off, instead they asked us to hire a appliance mover (professional) to move it, then they could do the testing. Imagine we're without gas all this time, no hot water, no cooking etc. and we shared that with them. This is terrible company, watch out they will rip you off .

This plumbing company is a joke. Don't use them. Terrible attitudes/shady/and liars. How is this company in business? The plumber has been to my house twice for a total of 2 minutes each time (I have a Ring Camera as proof). They come and say they fix the issue and leave. This time I stopped them because I knew they would try and leave quick and I confronted the plumber.

My 3rd bathroom sink was leaking and I asked him why his company requested the home warranty company's approval for a new bathroom sink pipe and other parts when the plumber said ""I'm only here to change the gasket."" I feel like they are ripping off First American and making the acting like they need to order the correct parts but then only bring in the bare minimum. The plumber had no tools or pipes in his hand and my camera shows everything. Not the brightest people over there.

I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau now.

ARK Plumbing was sent out by our home warranty company to fix a blockage: we had kitchen waste filling up our bathtub. ARK showed up on time, took their service fee, and said that we had some pipes that were loose. They barely investigated the issue, refused to check the same pipe from the access port, only looked at the bathroom drain, not the kitchen. They quoted us over $2,000 to bolt down what they claimed was a loose pipe, and the warranty company refused to cover it since it wasn't ""normal ware and tear.""

I know enough about plumbing to know this was a farce and reached out to our usual plumber. He came out, checked the access port, scoped the kitchen drain, and fixed our problems for $100. We do not have a lose pipe, but we did have some grease buildup that assuredly started before we moved in.

This company tried to take us for idiots and charge us for work that didn't need to be done, and I bet if we had hired them they wouldn't have done the work anyway. Do not trust them. Go find a better plumber.

Do not use this company. We had a leaking pipe. We were assigned to them through First American home warranty. It took them 4 days to come out for an inspection. The technician came for 2 min and didn't even inspect anything. He said that he would submit a report to first American for approval. What he told them was that he wouldn't inspect the problem unless we could prove that there's no asbestos. They could have easily told us that before coming out. So they took our $85 for coming out but didn't inspect anything. So now we have been without water for a week when we could have taken care of this from the start.
