Had an issue with our kitchen sink / garbage disposal. It was very apparent that the sink was clogged in some way and the only way to get the water to go down was to turn on the garbage disposal everytime I ran water. On top of that the garbage disposal started leaking. I contacted Ark Sunday night and they came first thing the next day. I assumed it was going to be a process and take a few hours but they completely fixed it in less than an hour and haven't had an issue since! Very pleased with their service.

Speaking for my own experience but Ark Plumbing was able to fix our restrooms issues right away, they were able to come out same day to fix the issue. The plumber was pretty straight forward about the issue and got it taken care of within 15 minutes. I strongly recommend this company as they are professional and reliable.

I scheduled a same day appointment with the company and they arrived within the next few hours as scheduled. They were done within the hour (clogged sink/tub. They were quiet and respected the house! Next time we have a plumbing problem, I will be calling them again! Thank you again!

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! Do not use!!! TOTAL RIP OFF with rude customer service. I had a claim through ! 1st American Home Warranty and ARK Plumbimg told me that my problem was a cartridge for my tub/shower diverter valve and the part, if covered, was $110. It took them over a week to submit the claim telling me that they had over 150 clients and they would get to reporting it when they could! I contacted the warranty company after they finally submiited their report and they reported something totally different!!! They reported that I needed a new valve and there would be modifications (not covered under insurance) that would cost $650!!!!

Since I was treated so rudely, it took so long for them to file the claim, and they tried to rip me off with add'l repairs for $650 that were not needed, I told the insurance Company that I would rather take the buyout option and have the repair done with a reputable company of my choice.

BEWARE: Updated review, they still suck. Called back because my water heater that they installed had a leak and... they refused to come out. According to the same manager/owner, they DO NOT PROVIDE ANY KIND OF WARRANTY ON PARTS OR SERVICES....

I can only speak for my own experience. I was able to call and book someone to come the next day. The receptionist was friendly and responsive.

Derek was the plumber who came to our home. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He mentioned asbestos testing, however, because of where the leak was, he was able to open just a small section without testing it. We were then able to identify that it was a pinhole leak and NOT a slab leak, and therefore we didn't need to do the asbestos testing. (To comment on other reviews about the testing- the testing is a California law, not a plumbing company's requirement... if you want to avoid this test, just hire another vendor to open the walls up, thennn have the plumber come back for the pipe repairs. The plumbing company CAN work on the pipes if the wall has been already opened up).

Back to my experience- Derek fixed the pinhole and was on his way! Again, he was very nice and quick to repair etc.

We also went through our home warranty and I was very nervous based on the reviews here... I actually fought with the warranty people to use another company, but had no choice. I only mention that because I was highly pleased with the service over all. I think the lesson is to take each situation as it comes...

Working through our home warranty company my wife and I were referred to ARK. The receptionist (woman) closed our work order because our faucet is not actively leaking (water supply is turned off to our sink) less than an hour after the claim becoming active.
She was rude, dismissive and extremely unprofessional. If this is who they choose to have represent them over the phone, I can only imagine the quality of their work is just as bad.

The worst plumbing company we've had to deal with. Scheduling issues, they aren't available after 2 for working people. They take a very long time to complete job and they cancel in you last minute. This has happened several times. Dispatch doesn't seem to care much either. Give you money and job to someone else.
