This company is a joke! They were dispatched to my home by my home warranty company to fix and issue with my shower. The plumber had to change out a cartridge in my shower hot/cold knob. After the plumber changed out the cartridge, the hot was still getting cold and cold was getting hot. I had to tell the plumber to check to see if the cartridge was installed backwards, and that was the problem! You would have thought he would have figured that out.

After the plumber left, we noticed a constant drip from the shower head. Called the company back later that evening and the lady we spoke with denied it was her plumber because everything was fixed correctly. Needless to stay, they're a joke and avoid using this company at all cost! They'll fix one issue and cause another one.

UPDATE to the Business Owner's comment below:
After going round and round with my home warranty company and ARK Plumbing, my home warranty company asked ARK Plumbing to submit a report of what would have to be done to stop the leak, and ARK advised they would need to replace the valve AND ""relocate several inches to adapt to line."" My home warranty even stated the report did not seem all that accurate and seemed a little excessive considering ARK Plumbing made no evaluation of my shower prior to changing out the cartridge. I called the ""owner"" ""Elana"" who LIED about submitting a factitious report to my home warranty company in attempts to rack up the bill and she acted totally oblivious to the fact that a factitious report was submitted. Needless to say, CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED if you use the company and their decisive tactics!

Do not work with this company!! ARK Plumbing was assigned by my Home Warranty, First Specialist and I'll be filing a complaint soon about them! Their customer service has got to be one of the worst! As a business owner, I'm shock that they have someone so rude taking care of the customers. I had to hire another plumber to fix the same problem only a week after ARK Plumbing came. And on top, ARK Plumbing wrote incorrect diagnosis which caused my insurance to deny the claim. I had to go outside my insurance and hire another plumber who diagnosed it correctly and had it fixed within 15 mins. I'll be calling my insurance company to let them know about the incorrect report and horrible customer service received from ARK.

Liars! You have the wrong house. My house is not from the 50s! And no, I was not informed of your 'policy' or that there would be any issue. I have a hard time believing that you ever have the courtesy to discuss this with customers. Check some of the other reviews, others have experienced the same thing.

First American home warranty assigned this contractor to fix sink plumbing issues in one of the bathrooms. Plumber came out on a Saturday and said that pipes need to be re-done. Had to make an appointment during the week so I chose 8am to 9am on a Thursday. I was told that this would be the first stop on the plumber's schedule so I planned on going into work a little late. After 9am passed, without any text or call from the plumber, I called their dispatch to see what was going on. I was told that the plumbers get DISPATCHED at 8am then have to get the parts needed for the repair. When the plumber finally arrived at 9:40am I got a call from the dispatch asking if I had an Asbestos report because they need to cut into the wall. WHY IN THE HELL ARE THEY TELLING ME THIS NOW??? The plumber told the dispatch the he has to cut into the wall and ""per California law"" there must be a report. I got a half-assed ""my bad"" apology and was advised to contact an abatement company. In the 3 weeks after the initial inspection I could have had testing done IF I HAD KNOWN ABOUT IT!!! Now my repair will be delayed even further and I have to miss more time at work. If there were negative stars I would definitely give A R K plumbing the max.

I should have checked yelp reviews first. What was reported by others is so true!! Same thing just happened to me. First American assigned ARK Plumbing after I reported water leak in the kitchen/dining room. They were willing to come out on a Sunday. Little did I know they are a SCAM company and they just come out and then report that the homeowner needs to do asbestos testing before they can touch any wall in the house. Asbestos testing can run hundreds of dollars and can take weeks. What people in their right mind would wait to get asbestos tested unnecessarily while there is an active water leak. I tried to explain to both ARK Plumbing and First American that the house was purchased a year ago and went through inspections and had plumbing work and tons of remodels in the kitchen done and no one has ever questioned about asbestos. This company is a JOKE! Do not let First American assign this company to you! They will deny your claim if you won't test for asbestos. I bet all the positive reviewed posted for this plumber are scam posts!!

Bad customer service. Tuesday afternoon claim my home warranty (First American home warranty) for water leakage. Wednesday I had to call to this company (since the didn't) and asked for an appointment .Explained my situation( possible water damage and mould) I asked for thire immediate assistance she told me first thing available is on Thursday 2-3pm.I had to take a day off and stay home but literally 5 mints to our appointment she called and canceled.No apology no nothing and wanted to reschedule.... They don't care

Our hot water heater flooded the garage on Labor Day Weekend. The unit was old and a crack was apparent on the top.
We called a bunch of plumbers trying to get a rapid replacement since we had to turn all our water off.
Arc sent a knowledgeable and skilled guy by the name of Danny out. We quickly by phone received a fair price on a new good quality water heater.
We can tell Arc is a honestly run company since we asked Danny about a couple of other plumbing issues and he told us that they were fine and didn't try to sell us any we didn't really need. The lady on the phone was knowledgeable and was very professional too.

I've had bad experiences with home warranty contractors. ARK is top notch! The overflow in our tub was in bad shape. When the tub filled with water and got to the overflow water was leaking down to the downstairs bath through the walls and flooding the 1st floor. That is not how those are supposed to work. So reluctantly I called home warranty (First American). Summer at ARK called that day to schedule. It wasn't life or death so we decided to schedule a couple of days later. Plumber showed up and assessed the damage/problem. Said it would need a gasket replacement or just caulk it (easy fix but not long term). I called Summer and explained the situation. She sent it to home warranty for approval for the replacement. It was scheduled a couple of days later. Andrew came out and did an outstanding job! My wife had to meet them and was worried that they would do less than promised if I wasn't there. But that was NOT the case. Andrew even showed her that the fix worked and installed a tub stopper that worked because she made a comment that she wished we had one there. Great service. Great attitudes. I'd confidently recommend them to anyone. Thanks ARK Plumbing!

We had just moved into our house and had a plumbing issue with our kitchen sink. Our homeowners warranty insurance hired Ark plumbing to handle the repairs. They were very quick to come out and fix part of the problem. Our other problem was needing a new garbage disposal. They ordered one right away and in less than a week came back to install. Our kitchen sink, and garbage disposal is working great! Thank you for all your hard work ARK Plumbing.

Pete and another guy came out to fix our plugged up shower today in our apartment. It was through our OC PM property management, disclosure- so not our bill. I was happy with the quick service and Pete getting an out of date funky twist pipe cleaned out and Pete explained everything as to how to trouble shoot where it is plugged up and how our building was designed. Well done.
