Edit: After my previous review I was contacted by the owner of this company. He has stood behind both his technician and company which nowadays is rare. He explained all issues I had and warranty coverages which sets me at ease knowing I went with the right guys for my repair. It's great knowing they stand behind what they do and don't just push off problems to make a quick buck!!!!

Felt like my AC was struggling to keep up with the temperature set by my thermostat so I called Duke's. The woman I spoke with was super friendly, and scheduled to have someone come out that same day.

The tech called ahead as scheduled and arrived within the provided window.

He listened to my concerns and then was quick to have a look and determine the issue with my unit and what needed to be corrected.

He gave advice on what to do going forward (currently and down the road) with maintenance and repairs in order to save us the most money which I appreciated.

He worked quickly and our AC is working great and I will definitely be using Duke's again!

No need to fear when Arizona's Dukes of Air is here! Big shout out to Manny, Luis, Freddie, Beto, Danny, Ryan and Chris for a job well done!! Robert thank you for coming out and taking your time by explaining everything and answering all of our question's. I was dead set on using another company, until we met Robert and he gave us a really good feeling. My unit was 20 years old and cooling my attic. My thermostat was set at 71 and maybe was 78 in my house. Now it's at 77 and I'm under a blanket! Lori (I think) from the office you rock too! You were so kind and returned all of my calls promptly. Thank you all so much for making this process seamless.

Dukes of Air came out last week really to install 2 brand new Trane systems in our home and they did a wonderful job! They were prompt, clean, quick, and ensured their work areas were clean before leaving our home. The new units and air handlers are quiet, properly installed and look great! We moved into our new home a year ago and noticed the air temperature was significantly lower in our son's room than the rest of the house. AZ Dukes of Air came out and noticed the ductwork in the attic was installed poorly when the home was built and they recommended we either have it redone or when we replaced that AC unit they would do this as a part of the service. We opted to go with the latter as the unit was 14 years old and was likely going to die out in the near future.

Comfort Specialist, Jerry, came over to our home and gave us a good estimate for the new Trane unit. He also explained in detail the perks of going with a programmable digital thermostat, one that we could control from our mobile phones. We signed the deal, put our deposit down, and scheduled the appointment. Jerry was super engaged throughout the whole process and even wrote us a hand-written thank you note after the install was complete (we love old school tactics like this as they make a huge difference).

Freddie, Luis, Beto, and Ryan made up the installation crew that arrived promptly at 5:45am. They were efficient, friendly, and thorough. After the job was done, I noticed my son's room was still warm (but definitely better than before). The team scheduled another appointment in which they installed a return for the hot airflow, which we're noticing is making a positive impact already.

We cannot thank these guys enough for all their hard work and enthusiasm. We went with another AC installation company at our old house and AZ Dukes of Air was 100x better on all levels. I don't write reviews often on here so please know this is an honest review from a real customer satisfied by the work done by a great local company.

Our A/C system was about 17 years old, noisy and didn't cool like it should so we decided to have it replaced before the summer heat! We received a few estimates and Robert's estimate was the most thorough, complete with pictures of ducting, etc... up in our attic. The pricing was comparable to other estimates received but we chose Dukes because everything they said they would do, was in writing, while other companies estimates were vague and left me with a lot of questions! The installation crew were great! Freddie, Manny, Luis and Danny were polite, thorough and quiet as I worked from home the day of installation. It's been two months since the install, the temps are heating up outside but our home is nice and cool on the inside. Highly recommend!

We called Dukes of Air to get a quote primarily because of all of the great reviews on Yelp. They came out spent a long time reviewing our current system and making sure they knew what our new system would take to install. Have us a very competitive coat for two new Trane units. We decided to go with them and they came out a few weeks later early in the morning with a lot of people that were very polite and considerate of the fact that my wife worked from home. They immediately went to work and had both systems removed and new ones installed in 5-6 hours. House and area was left in immaculate condition. Had a Followup about a week later and answered all of our remaining questions. I have to say that these guys were great all around. From the office staff to the field staff. Everyone did a fantastic job! This is how a service company should operate. Don't go with anyone else if you are looking for a new AC system.

Our 20 year old A/C unit ran constantly last summer and our electric bills were crazy high with the kicker being that the house wasn't even staying cool, so we decided it was time for a new unit this spring.

After receiving quotes from several different air conditioning companies around the Valley, we found that Duke's of Air gave the most bang for your buck. Certain places quoted us another $1,000 to correct a kink in our duct, and that was already included with the installation at Duke's. They were also able to schedule us for the installation much sooner than other places were estimating.

We were also able to get a better unit than we were planning for only a little bit more and amazing financing thanks to a Trane rebate they were offering at the time.

The installation went smoothly, the workers we polite and efficient and it was overall a really pleasant experience. Special thanks to Manny, Luis, Freddie, Beto, Danny, and Ryan!
