My worst nightmare living in AZ has finally came true-my air conditioning unit needs to be replaced. However, because of all the positive feedback I read on Yelp concerning Arizona's Dukes of Air I signed up earlier this year with one of their maintenance plan and I am very happy I did. Last Sunday one of my units stopped blowing cold air. I called Arizona's Dukes of Air Monday morning and they had a technician at my house same day before noon. However, I did receive the bad news the unit (12+years old) was leaking freon in several places. The tech did recharge the unit so we could at least use it and made an appointment for a sales person to stop by. Their salesperson, Rob arrived a few hours later and provided a quote. The quote was very competitive and less than anticipated. Rob explained the details of the quote and what would be done on the day of installation. He also showed the potential savings to our electric bill we might get with the new unit. Rob also said if we run out of freon before the installation day, they would recharge the unit (which happened today). Overall I am very happy I called Arizona's Dukes of Air and will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Every summer I would worry about what I would do if my air conditioner malfunctions when it's 100 plus in the valley. Then it happened , on a holiday weekend my condenser fan burned out and I had to scramble for repair service .I called Dukes of Air and they dispatched Chris who was at my house in about 2 hours . Chris's experience was evident immediately as he diagnosed the issue and facilitated the repair in less then 1 hour .
I now have a stress free comfort zone in the knowlege that the Dukes of Air operate a company capable of keeping my home cool using quality mechanics like Chris .

I have a two unit system and one of a/c units was having electrical issues. It occurred on a weekend and AZ Dukes of Air came on a Saturday (very nice they're open on Saturday) and accommodated the repair the same day. Our Technician, Anthony, was polite, professional and took care of the repair in short order. Pricing was fair and transparent, which I appreciated. I will call AZ Dukes of Air again for future repairs and service!

Anthony (Tar) arrived early after calling to make sure that'd be ok.

He did a fantastic job installing a new condensate drain line and talked through the logic of the work he did and explained the reasons for the direction and placement of the drain line.

I've used AZ Dukes of Air twice in the last month, first for an emergency repair on a blown capacitor in my condenser, and then again for a system inspection and tune-up. When my condenser went out after hours, I left a message and had a call back bright and early the next day with an appointment for that afternoon.

Both times the techs have been prompt (early on the first emergency repair), professional, and willing to answer questions. Will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Once again, Dukes of Air came to my rescue. They where able to get to me on the same day, which was a plus. The tech Thomas B. was very clean and helpful. He explained to me in detail what he found and how much it would be to repair. I liked that he did not try to upsell me any unnecessary services. I would highly recommend Dukes of Air. I have used them in the past and will continue to do so. Never feel taken advantage of. Can't speak highly enough about them.

Dukes of Air was recommended to me by a friend. They were the third company I asked to come out to take a look at my AC that wasn't working after the first two companies gave bids that I didn't trust. They came out same day, had a lower service charge, provided a solution to fix it instead of total replacement, and bid lower than the other guys. I hired them on the spot to do the work. The last company that came out even left the unit taken apart and completely disconnected! The Dukes of Air tech cleaned up their mess and fixed my AC that day. The tech explained everything to me and was very polite and straight forward, which I appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone!

I set an appointment, the lady was very nice. She had a same day appointment, I just wasn't available. Kolby came the next day. Showed me how to change my filter, changed my thermostat. Everything is working great now.
He showed me a maintenance plan and it looks like a good deal. I will consider it.
