Haven't given my system a tune-up in a few years and was looking for a more reputable company not out to empty my wallet and hit their daily sales quota . They were able to get me on the schedule about 5 days from when I called which worked for me and they gave me a 2 hour window of when they would arrive & the technician would call when he was on the way about 20 minutes out. Everything went just as they said it would, they hit the 2 hour window and I received the call when he was in route. The technician was courteous and gave me a thorough review of my system which was performing wonderful. I will be definitely using this company again, great service!

We've used Dukes since we bought our home and I can safely say that they are awesome. Their techs have always been professional, when we've needed to make an appointment that have always been super responsive and, most importantly, there is no pressure to sign up for additional services or plans. They do make you aware that they offer service plans but in a way that makes you feel like you're having conversation, not being pressured by a used car salesman.

I had been a customer of Arizona Dukes since 2016, using them for my vacation rental. I was very clear that this was a vacation rental and I needed to repair it quickly. The blower motor and module went out on my master bedroom AC unit on September 2nd, during the 115 degree temps, with a guest in the rental. I called Arizona Dukes, they sent Chris out to look at the AC and he gave me 2 options. I decided to repair the unit for $1800, to replace I was quoted $7000. I was told that the module and blower motor from Lennox was backordered until 9/11, and they would have it shipped immediately. 9/9 came and I called to check on the order, they said they would check and get back to me. No call back! 9/10 I called again @ 8:30 to check, they said they would check and get back to me. Nothing!!! I made another call at noon to follow up, as I am getting nervous and my vacation rental is without AC with a guest, which they were very aware of. They finally told me that Lennox had no update and no idea as to when the part would even be available. So my guest was without AC from 9/2 - 9/11. I called Chris, the tech on 9/10 3 times and left him a message asking for his call back, as Katie in the office informed me he was going to go to local supply house to see if he could rig the system until the module arrives. He never even bothered to return a call. I would still be waiting for AC in this unit, if I didn't look elsewhere. I took my $7k to Comfort Experts and will never do or recommend ADukes to anyone. It's obvious that these reviews are stacked! There is no possible way they have 5 star reviews! I can't be the only one that has had a negative experience with this company. By the way, the responses they post to these negative reviews are obviously in favour of the business and not accurate either.

Very happy with the service this company consistently provides. Had Anthony service my heat pump yesterday. Excellent customer service, wore mask, answered my questions, even wiped down attic hatch removing some fingerprints that were left some time ago. Duke's of Air has always provided me with great service during the four years I've lived here. Every employee I've had the opportunity to interact with has been friendly, professional and extremely competent. Thank you Arizona Duke's of Air.

Kalem was awesome...was very professional in handling our AC situation in a very timely manner and getting it solved even though it's currently hot as ****! It was something he had never seen in his 20 yrs of experience and he was determined to get it figured out! Have been a customer for approximately 3 years, but noticed on the last 2 trips behavior that I would normally associate with the franchise AC companies.

Technician came to do a AC check-up. During the check up, he showed me 2 switches that needed to be replaced. He would replace the switches for ""free"" if I signed up and prepaid for the yearly maintenance program. I agreed and signed up. He said he didn't include the switches on the invoice so ""he wouldn't get in trouble for giving away the merchandise"". That was dirty, but I looked at my invoice from the previous year and I had paid to replace the switches.

I will give them another shot, but my last two visits felt like upsell that I would normally get from the big franchise AC companies. Updated my rating from 5 to 3 stars.
