I highly recommend Ariel's in San Bruno. He showed up on time and in a mask. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained the reason behind my constant clogged shower drained and gave me good tips. He was professional and kind. I would recommend him for a minor plumbing issue and something more elaborate.

I just met Ariel today for the first time - and I wish to thank Anthony from Excalibur (water heaters - brilliant ppl) for the incredible recommendation. Ariel is like this special earthly angel with incredible skills; what makes him unique is that he is personable, professional and so kind. His skills-set are remarkable; he had to replace my entire unit (*toilet*), and drill, and replace it all, (leaving the bathroom spotlessly clean), the end result was fantastic.

Look no further. This man is a gift and a superstar in his field. He is humble and I am so grateful! He is THE BEST!

I cannot say enough good things about Ariel. We've had him over for repairs a few times and every experience has been so great.

We had a major blockage in our sewer pipe and had another group of plumbers come take a look at it. They essentially made a huge mess, didn't ask permission to cut open pipes and didn't even fix the problem, just made it worse.

We got Ariel to come over the next day. He was professional and showed up on time and explained thoroughly what the problem could be. He went into details on what he was going to try and was transparent about pricing.

His quality of work is absolutely top notch and he takes pride in it. He laid out protective sheeting and cleaned up the whole area after he was done. You couldn't even tell someone cut open a sewer pipe in that spot after he was done with it. He explained how to maintain the pipes and detect issues early.

The next time we had a minor gas leak and he fixed that too with the same professionalism and attention to detail as we've come to expect from him.

As new home owners, he really put us at ease and we appreciate all the information he gives us. Overall, he's dependable fair and such a warm great guy. We trust him completely for any work that he does for our home.

One of the most honest plumbers you'll ever encounter. He is knowledgeable, will provide advice on free fixes where others would recommend unnecessary repairs, and quote only what's really necessary. He is capable and trustworthy, not sure what else anyone would want.

Stop looking for a plumber.... call Ariel! He rectify my drain pipes using chrome material (gauge 17) install new shut off valves and installed my kitchen faucet. it looks amazing . He's polite, very professional, very organized and very knowledge. Does an excellent job all the time. These are the reason why he is my go to plumber...you won't be sorry

I used Ariel several years ago and was quite pleased with him and his work. A couple years ago I called him, got his message machine, left a mesaage and he never called back. Last week I called him and talked to him. He was very friendly and set up an appointment for the next day. He gave me a two hour window. I waited and he never showed up; nor did he have the consideration to call. I would in no way recommend Ariel Plumbing. He is not reliable, nor is he considerate of his potential clients. There are too many other good plumbers. I would highly recommend Atlas Plumbing. They are reasonably priced and very professional and reliable.

Contacted this individual to come out and see if he can attend to the problem we were having. I called, no answer, left a message and no call back. Called again and received a text saying he will call at a specific time, I responded and waited for a text or call back, received nothing. I sent a text again but got no response! Unprofessional

Ariel had come over to my house on a Monday night to confirm the estimate he had given me for my water heater. He informed me he would be obtaining a permit on Thursday and he would work on my water heater on Saturday. I have made several calls and even sent a text. No response and no show! This is very unprofessional. Especially since he was aware that this was a time sensitive matter with my HOA involved. I absolutely do not recommend this company at all!!
