Ariel had come over to my house on a Monday night to confirm the estimate he had given me for my water heater. He informed me he would be obtaining a permit on Thursday and he would work on my water heater on Saturday. I have made several calls and even sent a text. No response and no show! This is very unprofessional. Especially since he was aware that this was a time sensitive matter with my HOA involved. I absolutely do not recommend this company at all!!

Today is the second time my husband and I have used Ariel's services and he has always done an outstanding job. I discovered Ariel thanks to my mother's referral.

Our shower drain was clogged but my husband already pulled all the hair he possibly can. We even used the plastic snake and no results. Our bath tub drain was clogged at the same time. We had no idea what to do.

Thankfully, Ariel came to the rescue. He said he would arrive at 5pm, and just like before- he was punctual.

So he worked his magic. Our place is pretty ""vintage"". It was built in the 1900s so the plumbing is structured differently than modern homes. He had to climb our roof to solve the problem. He was all smiles the whole way and made us feel really comfortable.

It's pretty darn awesome how he knew his stuff. He was really quick and efficient. That is why I will always turn to Ariel for plumbing issues. He's also really cool to chat with and really nice.

So our drains work now! Yay!

It's hard to find a plumber now a days. We've tried a few before and we were so disappointed. But thankfully, we found Ariel and he's been a life savor. Thanks Ariel!

Useless. Made promises then never kept them and didn't even have the decency to call and say he wasn't going to make the scheduled appointment.

Our water heater pilot light went out.

Called Ariel's Plumbing. Ariel answered and gave him the details. He said that he would accept the job but that he was already engaged on a job but would call back when finished to give an ETA.

Two hours later he called back and gave an ETA. He arrived at our home on time.

It was a minor evolution which he fixed expeditiously and neatly. He offered some tips and comments regarding water heaters.

I made an appointment with him for service at my work, he said he will show up between 930 to 10am because we open at 11am, NO CALL NO SHOW, I contact him at noon again and he told me that he prefer me being there, I told him that I'll be there, didn't show up,

It wasn't the first time this happened, I don't know why I made an appointment with him again.

But he is very polite.

I have been working with Ariel for at least 4 years at my house in San Mateo 94403. Ariel is top notch. I have recommended him to many of my friends & family. He's kind, professional, and very knowledgeable/capable with all of the plumbing jobs I have thrown at him. I have used him at least 10-15 times, but now I'm finally writing a review because I feel I owe it to him for doing such good quality work. He is well aware of code requirements. He installed a full bathroom in my lower level and it came out beautifully. I have shown it to many neighbors who were all impressed with his high quality, craftsmanship. Do not hesitate to use Ariel, I know you will pleased with him both personally and professionally.
