Recommended Customer Reviews

Ryan was friendly, thorough and communicated very well. He told when he was coming and where he was at. He did the job excellent and with a great personality I might add. He is a veteran from our armed forces and that right there tells you that he pays very close attention to detail. I highly recommend this company for plumbing and other handyman projects.

We have called on Ryan for a complicated plumbing issue and again to install a water heater. He also has done tile work for us. We were very pleased with his work ethic, including promptly answering our calls, being on time, cleaning up the work site, and hauling units and trash off. He's very talented and courteous. We will continue to use him as well as recommend him to our neighbors and friends.

They were a no-show on a follow-up job. Ryan's wife verified the date with me but apparently there was miscommunication between those two. Funny thing is I called them 3 times during the day and never received a response - nothing. I know they had my phone number because I left several phone messages. Very disappointed. Ryan seems like a real nice guy but they need to improve their communication.

People have no respect for other people's time. It's ridiculous that they can't even bother to show up or offer an apology. Don't bother dealing with people who clearly don't value their commitments.

Ryan was very helpful in establishing what was wrong with a glass shower door that wouldn't close. He, and his crew, did a great job and met all estimates with regard to cost and time. I'd recommend using these guys for any of your general contractor needs.

When Jacob of ARD (service contractor) appeared to be a good for my bathroom remodeling project but the contractor on the job was unfamiliar and uncomfortable with the normal bathroom materials to be use and seemed surprised with one aspect of what was needed to be done...tardiness was habitual, did not show up on the 2nd day, not prepared nor organized when it came to doing this simple bathroom project...I went back and forth about the work to be done prior and was not convinced of their expertise...I decided to share my experience because a homeowner should never have to identify obvious tasks that need to be completed...At this time I would not recommend using them...

I asked Mr Dixon for a garage door service, which did well. However, my friend reached out to him for a painting job in the same house, and Mr Dixon agreed to do the job. He collected $300 deposit and did a terrible job. Up until now, he has not responded to text and calls. I will not recommend him for anything.

It was a Sunday and an emergency, and they were the only service that responded and actually showed up.

Ryan was able to come to my home within a few hours of my call. He quickly fixed my leaking pipes and repaired my toilet. The work was done well and his charges were reasonable. I will call him the next time I have an issue and would recommend him to anyone with a plumbing issue.

Ryan (business owner) seems to be a really good guy and I wish them the best but I don't think they are organized when it comes to running their business. At this point I would not recommend using them for any projects outside of simple service calls.
As a small business, I went back and forth about writing a review but seeing the job wasn't truly complete when we went into the attic I decided to share our experience. The homeowner should never have to identify incomplete takes.
If you are looking for a quick service job I think they are reasonably priced but our renovation project was riddled with poor communication, lack of timeliness to complete work and messiness.
When receiving our initial quote we were told it would take three days. The job from initial review of scope of the project to partial inspection passed (rough in) ended up taking nearly 5 weeks. Each time a new "finish" date was shared it passed while still not complete. We received different messages from the owner than their team members which caused a lot of confusion and frustration likely for them as well.
Communication around arrival, what would be completed and when was very poor adding a lot of stress to our renovation and delaying every other subcontractor we had lined up which became very costly. Examples around arrival include when we realized the attic was still incomplete after final payment a team member showed up, said they would be right back after a quick run to Home Depot and then showed up 5 hours later. I don't care if it's going to be five hours I care that no one would reasonably consider that as I'll be right back. This was a frequent situation of "I'm on the way" early afternoon but arrival would happen after 7pm.
The only time they were overly communicative was asking for payments.
They were also messy including utilizing our toilets that had no running water which my husband ended up having to fill with water from our neighbors hose to flush away the cr*p even though I was told they would take care of that. That's just gross.
Our personal tools were utilized by a team member and they were broken. We were not told this and instead found the broken tools ourselves. To Ryan's credit he did replace some of the tools and they also scratched our flooring tossing pipes.
If you choose to use them for a bigger project I would ensure the estimate is very detailed regarding the scope of work and timeline.
