I actually rate the service performed by Mr. Jim Johnson a five-star review. Jim was extremely skilled and polite. The reason for the three-star review comes from a discussion I had with the lady who works the firm's phone.

To start, I called Jim on a weekend due to a water leak in my ceiling. He was kind enough to offer his help and informed me over the phone that it could wait until the next day to prevent the urgent service cost.

By the morning of Monday, Jim showed up at the property and resolved the leak. Additionally, he had to go back into town to pick up a replacement that he did not possess.

At the time of the bill, he included what was needed and let me know the charge was two hundred twenty-five dollars and fifty cents. I settled via Square, and noticed when the receipt arrived that I was charged 275 dollars and fifty cents.

Jim said sorry and noted on the bill that I was entitled to $50.00. Moving on to today, I called to inquire on how the money was going to be reimbursed, and I did not to voice a concern that the money has not shown up. Those words.

The representative said that forty-eight dollars was going to be returned. When I asked why it was not fifty dollars, I was told that it seemed that Jim wrote the wrong numbers down. Even though it states, handwritten from Jim, that I was owed fifty dollars.

After that, I was told that Jim also did not account for a three and a half percent charge for my use of a card. Well, in the photos provided, at no point on the original receipt does it state that 3.5 percent will be added for credit card transactions.

After a little discussion, the representative on the phone hesitantly agreed to pay the $50.00, was curt in communication with me and ended the call. Again, mistakes were made by both parties, but the way a client-centered company handled it was wrong in my perspective.
