Recommended Customer Reviews

I truly give the service done by Mr. Jim Johnson a top review. He was extremely professional and respectful. I gave the three-star review is due to a conversation I had with the representative who handles the business's phone.
To start, I called Jim on a weekend due to a issue in my ceiling. He was kind enough to assist me and let me know over the phone that it could be postponed until Monday to avoid the extra fee.
By the morning of Monday, Jim arrived at the location and repaired the leak. He also had to head back into town to get a replacement that he did not have.
When it came time for the bill, he added what was needed and informed me the charge was 225 dollars and fifty cents. I settled using Square, and saw when the receipt came through that I was billed 275 dollars and fifty cents.
Jim said sorry and indicated on the bill that I was entitled to 50 dollars. Moving on to today, I reached out to ask on how the money was going to be reimbursed, NOT to express dissatisfaction that the money has not been received. I never mentioned that.
I was told that $48.00 was going to be returned. Asking why it was not 50 dollars, I was told that it appeared that Jim wrote the wrong figures down. Although it states, handwritten from Jim, that I was owed 50 dollars.
I was then told that Jim also did not include a 3.5 percent charge for using a card. Well, in the documents provided, at no point on the original receipt does it state that 3.5 percent will be added for card use.
After a little discussion, the lady on the phone reluctantly agreed to pay the fifty dollars, was curt in talking with me and disconnected. Again, mistakes were made by both involved, but the way a client-centered company managed it was unsatisfactory in my view.

The technician has successfully fixed various water system problems we've faced in recent years. He is consistently on time, courteous, effective, and remarkable in his diagnostic skills with the concerns we have encountered. I appreciate Mark for your consistent assistance.
