We truly rate the service done by Mr. Jim Johnson a top review. Jim was very competent and polite. I gave the 3 star review stems from a discussion I had with the representative who works the business's phone.

First off, I reached out to Jim on a Sunday due to a issue in my house. Jim was generous enough to offer his help and told me over the phone that it could wait until the next day to prevent the urgent service cost.

On the morning of Monday, Jim showed up at the house and resolved the leak. Additionally, he had to head back into town to get a part that he did not carry.

As we discussed the the bill, he noted what was needed and let me know the charge was two hundred twenty-five dollars and fifty cents. I settled through Square, and realized when the receipt came through that I was charged two hundred seventy-five dollars and fifty cents.

He expressed regret and noted on the bill that I was entitled to 50 dollars. Fast forward to today, I reached out to inquire on how the money was going to be returned, not to voice a concern that the money has not shown up. I never mentioned that.

I was told that 48 dollars was going to be refunded. Upon asking why it was not fifty dollars, I was told that it looked like Jim noted the wrong amounts down. Although it states, handwritten from Jim, that I was due $50.00.

Next, I was informed that Jim also did not account for a three and a half percent charge for using a card. However, in the documents provided, at no point on the original receipt does it state that three and a half percent will be added for credit card transactions.

After a little discussion, the woman on the phone grudgingly agreed to return the $50.00, was brief in her responses with me and ended the call. Again, mistakes were made by both parties, but the way a customer-oriented company addressed it was wrong in my perspective.
