DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DON'T HONOR THEIR WARRANTIES. I had foundation work done one year ago that was supposed to come with a lifetime warranty. My house has clearly shifted as I have new cracks where I had them prior to the work being done.I asked them to come out and re-measure, and they charged $75 upfront (even though the contract said that there would be not charge if work needed to be redone - quote "office policy) Then got a letter weeks later saying that no work needed to be done.

Arch is slow to respond and doesn't stand behind their work. I would strongly recommend using another company.

Before putting our house on the market, our agent suggested we get a foundation report. We called Arch Foundation and they came out and checked our foundation at no cost. Lucky for us, we have a clean bill of health and don't have to do any foundation repair. What a relief to know that a professional gives us the green light! For a small charge they will write up a summary and report explaining their findings so all perspective buyers know that our house has a secure foundation. The process went seamlessly and we are ready to confidently move forward putting our house on the market.

STOP...DO NOT USE ARCH Foundation. They do not honor warranty. Realtors have discontinued referring their clients to this business.

DOESN'T HONOR THEIR WARRANTY

Arch Foundation installed piers on our home for the previous owner just before we purchased it. Shortly after purchasing we started noticing brick cracks and cornice trim separation near the garage where they had put the piers in. We had transferred the warranty to our names as instructed on their sheet. We contacted them to come out to take a look at the piers since there was obviously something wrong. The tech with the Zip-Level informed me "No, everything looks fine. You don't need any repairs." then promptly took the $75.00 warranty check from me for him coming out. I tried to explain the simple math of the measurements going down from the initial warranty readings to his current ones but he wouldn't listen to me and tried to rush on to his next appointment. The problem got significantly worse as time went on so I had him come back out a little over a year later so he could see how much worse it was and hopefully fix it. I got the same treatment and same brush off then he took my $75 again. We then tried again the year after that and were denied again. The exact wording on their denial letter each time said "The foundation supports installed by Arch are performing properly and no adjustments are needed at this time." If a 1.1" drop of a foundation pier is acceptable to a foundation company then I would highly advise nobody do business with that company. If trust is the largest motivating factor in having someone work on your home why would you choose this company when they won't stand by their written warranty? They have wasted my time and money and I will be warning all of my friends and family about them.

GREAT company. Their staff are knowledgeable and take the time to explain each aspect of the repair estimate and answer questions. They've been in business a long time and I am happy to recommend Arch to anyone.

We bought our home about 14 years ago, it had previous work done by Arch. Over the years they have been very accommodating adjusting the piers under the lifetime warranty. Let's face it no one wants to have foundation work but we had to have additional piers installed over time due to the age of our home and other factors and each time we felt like we were in good hands. Showed up on time, stayed on the job until it was finished, cleaned up very well and always did what they said they would do.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Every bit of work they did, cost us thousands more.

Arch repair did a number of repairs for us, and the work failed. The house began having cracking within the next two years. We called them back and after numerous calls and thru great pains they came back and repaired. During the repair they acknowledged they had broken water pipes but had fixed them. Immediately and over the next four months our water bill continued to rise substantially. Upon calling a plumber to look for a leak, we discovered a leak at the identical place of the repair. According to the plumber they had pulled on the water pipes to the extent of causing a leak under the foundation. They claim they are not responsible for this, despite the first install of performing plumbing test.

We purchased our home in Allen in November of 2013. The previous owner had Arch do some foundation/slab repair and transferred the lifetime warranty to us. I asked Arch to come out and check the foundation because the back door has shifted and will not latch. Arch sent a representative out, charged me $70.00, and two weeks later sent me a letter stating everything is fine, but keep the foundation watered. Pretty cool deal when you think it through. Yes they took measurements...yet made no recommendations as to how or what the issue with the door and now windows are. NP though...will hire a licensed Civil Engineer and see where the process leads us.

STOP! DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY REASON!

When my wife and I bought our beautiful home two and a half years ago we had the previous owners adjust one pier by the back porch. That was the only work that has been done on our house since 2006. After about a year and a half, I started seeing minor cracks and separation due to settling. The City of Plano gave me the permit for the company that did pier work in 2001 and 2006, and of course, the company that did the work in 2012.

Unfortunately, the company that did the work in 2001 and 2006 was consolidated and ascertained by Arch Foundation. The work done in 2012 was only an adjustment of one pier and that back porch area has not moved.

I called Arch and after they canceled the first scheduling for measurements, they rescheduled three weeks later. I reviewed their Yelp and Google reviews only to find one bad review. I let them come out anyway only to get more info on pier work.

Instead of adjusting the piers that already exist, Clay McClintock wanted to install 24 new steel piers for over 11,000.00.

I had said before the measurements were done that I was primarily interested in adjusting the piers that already exist.

I told him to work up a plan for adjustment and he said he didn't really know how to do that.

I then said, have a nice day.

This is NOT a real company.

DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY REASON.

DO NOT USE!!! SCAM!!! I bought a home that had 16 piers put in by Arch Foundation, now having issues in those areas where the beams are. I was suppose to have a "life time transferrable warranty" called and was told since I didn't pay the $100 trans fee (which I was never told about when I called 3 months earlier when in fact did transfer the warranty from the previous owner to me) that my warranty is no voided! Are you serious?!?! Horrible customer service. Why are you so afraid to warranty your work?
