STOP - DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY - RUN THE OTHER WAY!!! THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY OR THEIR WORK!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! I hired this company after looking at and getting 6 estimates and doing my research. They did a HORRIBLE job!!! My house was WORSE than it was before they did the work. When I called them up with my "Lifetime Guarantee", they blamed me for their failures to do the job properly! Ridiculous!!!! I sued them only to get back what we paid the attorney and I had to pay a second company to re-do the foundation repair and fix what they screwed up!!! DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!! Run the other way, they are not ethical and they do not stand behind their work.

Hired these guys to install steel piers. Crew worked fast and lifted my house, resolving floor cracks and making all interior doors function properly again. There is some minor drywall cracking from the process, but that is normal for having half of your home raised more than an inch.
This was turn key work, they do everything from sending utility inspectors, to full cleanup. One thing I would recommend for homeowners is to hire your own engineer independent of the contractor, then request bids from a few (this one included).
My only issue was the construction crew seemed to have used my cul-de-sac as a toilet. In the future, I would recommend requesting they either bring a port-o-potty or maybe a bucket. I am giving them 5 stars since it might have been Gatorade, and I can't say for sure it was urine.

Clay with Arch foundation did a comprehensive review of my foundation. They found everything to be in tolerance. Clay is honest and reputable. Highly recommed.
I also used them 10 years ago to install piers on a prior home. They did a great job. I had hired an independent structural engineer and the concurred with Arch foundation with the piers needed. Highly recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! WORST COMPANY EVER!!! They "fixed" my foundation 2 1/2 years ago and the cracks in my house are worse than they were before they fixed it the first time. Everytime they come out to reassess the house they say "this part of the house wasn't covered" and want more money $$$. They will do anything to get out of backing up their warranty! The engineer came out to reassess my house in December 2019 and said it needed fixing/adjusting for more money and I just got the report 3 months later telling me it's fine and there's no fixing or adjusting needed! This company is a scam and I'm hiring an attorney to sue them as we speak!!! Save yourself and run the other way as fast as you can!!!!!!

Worst company ever!! They have been sending the same report for us for two years. You have plumbing problems fix those first. We fixed the problems and then they still will not fix the foundation. Life time warranty they will not honor. I have a 1 inch gab from my outside wall and the floor you can see day light and they said everything is fine it's not the foundation. Bob Snyder makes a fortune selling snake oil in the form of a warranty. Go with Integrity foundation!! They are great!!

UPDATE to my last review: Clay came out today, remeasured and explained everything to me, including that a sewer leak that we had fixed could have affected some things. We're doing a mixture of new work as well as warranty work, and Clay called to get us an appt for the work to be completed before he left. I appreciate his attention to this and for coming up with a good resolution. Work is scheduled to be completed next week.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DON'T HONOR THEIR WARRANTIES. I had foundation work done one year ago that was supposed to come with a lifetime warranty. My house has clearly shifted as I have new cracks where I had them prior to the work being done.I asked them to come out and re-measure, and they charged $75 upfront (even though the contract said that there would be not charge if work needed to be redone - quote "office policy) Then got a letter weeks later saying that no work needed to be done.
Arch is slow to respond and doesn't stand behind their work. I would strongly recommend using another company.

Before putting our house on the market, our agent suggested we get a foundation report. We called Arch Foundation and they came out and checked our foundation at no cost. Lucky for us, we have a clean bill of health and don't have to do any foundation repair. What a relief to know that a professional gives us the green light! For a small charge they will write up a summary and report explaining their findings so all perspective buyers know that our house has a secure foundation. The process went seamlessly and we are ready to confidently move forward putting our house on the market.

STOP...DO NOT USE ARCH Foundation. They do not honor warranty. Realtors have discontinued referring their clients to this business.

DOESN'T HONOR THEIR WARRANTY
Arch Foundation installed piers on our home for the previous owner just before we purchased it. Shortly after purchasing we started noticing brick cracks and cornice trim separation near the garage where they had put the piers in. We had transferred the warranty to our names as instructed on their sheet. We contacted them to come out to take a look at the piers since there was obviously something wrong. The tech with the Zip-Level informed me "No, everything looks fine. You don't need any repairs." then promptly took the $75.00 warranty check from me for him coming out. I tried to explain the simple math of the measurements going down from the initial warranty readings to his current ones but he wouldn't listen to me and tried to rush on to his next appointment. The problem got significantly worse as time went on so I had him come back out a little over a year later so he could see how much worse it was and hopefully fix it. I got the same treatment and same brush off then he took my $75 again. We then tried again the year after that and were denied again. The exact wording on their denial letter each time said "The foundation supports installed by Arch are performing properly and no adjustments are needed at this time." If a 1.1" drop of a foundation pier is acceptable to a foundation company then I would highly advise nobody do business with that company. If trust is the largest motivating factor in having someone work on your home why would you choose this company when they won't stand by their written warranty? They have wasted my time and money and I will be warning all of my friends and family about them.
