This is the second time I have had Arcadia Air come rescue me! The condensation hose and outlet outside were completely blocked and backing up water that was dripping inside. I called in the afternoon and despite this being the busiest HVAC season here in AZ they came out next morning. Diagnosed quickly, fixed the problem for both zones and even went to get parts and came back without charging me extra. Thoroughly knowledgeable Sean found things wrong with the wiring to the AC outside that could have been a fire risk. He explained everything, showed me the problems, asked before doing anything, and cleaned everything up. I'm never calling anybody else!

We went with this company because it had 24/7 service and very good reviews. They were able to schedule a next day service for an emergency code red situation. Unfortunately, that appointment didn't get put on the main schedule so there was a bit of a delay, but they were still able to get to us and rectified the situation. Customer service was professional and courteous

Would highly reccomend for any issues, AC went out on a Friday night and Manny was out a couple of hours later to diagnosis the issue. Prompt as well as extremely reasonably priced. Manny was very honest and to the point.
