Our AC went out in the middle of July. It turned out the entire unit had to be replaced. I called Arcadia Air and within two hours Jimmy, the owner, came to our house to give us a free estimate and he even brought a portable AC unit for us and our dog. The next morning a new unit was installed. The workers, Mike and Brian, were extremely efficient and professional and our AC was up and running again within hours. A few days after the install, Manny came to our house to do a quality control on the new unit. He was very polite and professional and not only did he go over with us how our unit was running, but that they would be out again in October to service our heating unit ahead of winter. We were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend Arcadia Air to anyone.

Needed a HVAC return added which required some modification to an attic access as well as some ducting work. Two of the five companies contacted required a service fee just to show up for an estimate. Arcadia offered a free estimate a couple days before the others had availability.

Sean was on time, well spoken, performed the estimate quickly and thoroughly, and explained the estimated work to me. I hired Sean on the spot to perform the work that day. Work was completed that afternoon as promised and everything was satisfactory. I was provided photos of the work along with the invoice. Would certainly hire again.

Arcadia Air did repairs on both our ac units so when one of them stopped working on a Sunday evening we called the emergency number. Not only did Britany pick up right away but she dispatched Manny right over and it was resolved in 30 minutes. We appreciate their professionalism and rapid response especially now that our temps are consistently over 100 degrees.

I got a quote from Manny to replace a part on my a/c. I reached out after being told I needed a replacement part and was doing my due diligence getting other quotes. Manny showed up on time and was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He was able to talk to me about pricing right away and about how the part that needs to be replaced impacts the whole system. He also talked to me about their maintenance program. After finishing my bid process I decided to go with Arcadia for the work.

When I called the office they were able to get me scheduled right away and on the day of my appointment Manny arrived early and promptly took care of the replacement for me. AC is running great and I'd go with Arcadia again in the future for my ac needs.

Wanting to have maintenance conducted on my AC units priot to summer, I called Arcadia Air (which came highly recommended). I was told they could have someone there that day to conduct the inspection. The Technician, Justin, arrived on time, conducted the checks and found a couple of things that required attention. The cost to conduct repairs and required maintenance, I felt was reasonable. Justin arrived the next day and completed all repairs and maintenance. I find that all I have dealt with at Arcadia Air to be very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I have found a new AC company to take care of my AC needs in the future,
