Nate did a great job installing our replacement garbage disposal. Before calling, we'd already ordered a replacement and based on the new model and our photos, Nate gave us an estimate over the phone allowing for the possibility that the larger new model we ordered could require re-running some pipes. His assessment was spot-on and there were no surprises. In addition, Nate communicated clearly, responded quickly and was a pleasure to work with. He was good-natured, clear and careful. We couldn't be happier. When we need a plumber, we will definitely call Nate.

Nate was excellent. When I called him, he had me send some photos of the pipe that was leaking in our laundry room and he was able to give me an estimate over the phone. I called him Monday and he was able to schedule us for Wednesday morning. He called on the drive to let us know when he would arrive, which is always helpful. He was polite, funny and honest. He even noticed a safety issue with our water heater and took the time to fix it for a very reasonable fee. It's rare to find a plumber you can trust. I can be a difficult customer but I gotta say that Nate is the best plumber in town! He is honest,professional and skilled. He would go above and beyond for his clients. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone!
Here is my story. My kitchen sink was leaking. so I hired some one randomly and after the randomly hired plumber replaced the faucet the leak persisted, and the solution he provided for the problem was unacceptable which was to have visible caulking applied around my faucet. So I came on Yalp and searched the best rating plumbing companies and found Aquarius plumbing. I phoned the company and left a voicemail. Nate returned my call shortly and we set up an appointment. He showed up on time. He was polite and considerate he listened to me carefully. He replaced the faucet and insisted that he wouldn't charge us until we knew for sure the leakage issue went away. He is very resourceful! The leak is gone and no visible caulking anywhere. if you are looking forward to hiring a plumber, look no further than Aquarius plumbing & Heating.

We had a 22-year-old soaking tub faucet that suddenly started a very fast drip over the weekend. I looked on Yelp to locate a plumber and found Aquarius and the high ratings. I called the number and Nate answered. I explained the problem and he asked if I could send him photos of the faucet and he would get back to me with a quote. I texted the photos to him, expecting to hear back later in the day. Nope--he responded within 15 minutes (!!!) with a bid. Even better, he was able to fit us into his schedule the very next day. It was a repair requiring parts we wouldn't have been able to find at Home Depot, and skills we didn't have. He even called us 30 minutes before to let us know he was on his way. A+ service!

I had Nate, the plumber, out to the house today to fix a leaky toilet. He was polite, friendly and professional. He explained everything in detail and clearly laid out my options. When all was said and done, he did a great job at a fair price. I would definitely recommend him and will call him again if needed. Bonus, he is just a super nice person to boot.

I had a relatively simple plumbing problem -- a old toilet that was making a lot of noise after flushing and then continuously leaking water out of the tank. The fixture needed replacement of everything in the tank. I called two plumbing companies. The other company was booked up for a month and wasn't scheduling even simple jobs before then. Nate from Aquarius was there within a couple of days, finished the job quickly, charged a reasonable price, and -- importantly -- was very pleasant to deal with. I'll give him first shot at all of my plumbing projects in the future.
