A year ago we had Nate out when we had an issue with one of our bathrooms, he fixed that quickly and efficiently and noted a problem with our other bathroom. We had just recently had it finished by a contractor and he recommended that we get the original contractor to come out and fix it since it would be a costly fix and smarter to go through him since the issue was due to it not being properly installed the first time.

This time around our kitchen faucet was leaking and Nate had us text pictures of the issue and gave us a range estimate ahead of time. He came out promptly and did another impressive seamless job with fixing it. So grateful we found Nate and looking forward to recommending him to others in our neighborhood!

Highly recommend! Nate was prompt, honest and efficient.

He came to fix a mysterious leak under my kitchen sink, and I loved how he analyzed the not so obvious problem, and gave me the best solution to fix it. He even said there was no need execute a lot of my ideas that were more expensive, and was very convincing about why a certain solution was required. Did not use any scare tactics or try to upsell. He even showed me how I could caulk on my own so I didn't have to pay him for his time to do it.

Finally when I decided to tip him, he resisted it so much! I would highly recommend him!

Update: 5 months later, and looks like the mysterious leak really did get fixed! yay!

Nate is just great. He is a very experienced plumber and he actually knows what he is doing so you can trust him with your plumbing issues. I would wholeheartedly recommend him, especially if you have a complicated problem.

Nate came to my rescue after I hired a handyman for what I thought was a pretty straightforward job - replacing a flush valve of a leaking toilet and the guy sorta fixed the flush valve but in the process of doing so screwed up the rest of the toilet and just walked away claiming that I need to get a new one.

Nate asked for pictures, told me it's a really nice albeit older toilet that doesn't need to be replaced. He ordered the correct original Kohler part, came and fixed the leakage and also the problem of the toilet filling up slowly. He also noticed that after the previous guy moved the toilet it was put back incorrectly - it was wobbly. He reset it, replaced the incorrect flush valve and the toilet runs like new!

Nate has 1-year warranty on his services and generally stands behind his work - an attitude that many folks in the repair service industry could learn from. He also quotes you upfront for the job which is great - it gives you confidence about the budget you are planning to spend on the fix.

Nate was great. He is very responsive and came on time. He took the time to investigate the potential leak and saved me hundred of dollars.

In the end it was just a case of low quality baseboards susceptible to water that deteriorated over time which was confirmed by the previous tenant. But he took his time to methodically inspect all possible scenarios and do his determination instead of what most plumbers do to simply cut through the walls. Also didn't charge me for extra time, and really appreciated his honesty which is rare in this business. He will be my go to plumber going forward.

I appreciated his troubleshooting tips and diagnosis over the phone, and that he gave his price over the phone. He arrived on time. He was thorough and tidy. For example, he noticed and fixed an issue with a pipe's angle and a broken drain stopper for no extra charge. Even the logo on the drain of a new garbage disposal was lined up to look pretty.

Nate did a great job installing our replacement garbage disposal. Before calling, we'd already ordered a replacement and based on the new model and our photos, Nate gave us an estimate over the phone allowing for the possibility that the larger new model we ordered could require re-running some pipes. His assessment was spot-on and there were no surprises. In addition, Nate communicated clearly, responded quickly and was a pleasure to work with. He was good-natured, clear and careful.
