Decades of work in the field makes them able to handle anything as if it's no big deal. They communicated beautifully with me, arranged everything so as to impact my tenants the least and got my job done in no time. Who expects that? Can't speak highly enough about Josh. Best experience with any business we've had, leaving first yelp review in years! After initial inquiry to several local businesses, we decided to pursue a small improvement project on our own. However, Josh was kind enough to offer us on the right product to use out of good heart even when we hadn't committed as customers. When we ran into an emergent situation during our DIY attempt, Josh responded immediately and calmly helped us resolve the issue remotely. After using 3 other plumbing companies, we finally found Aqualine. While the others were not able to diagnose the issues we were having and instead tried to upsell us on other work, Aqualine did a free analysis that was very comprehensive with a technician crawling under the house to diagnose the issue. We have used them 3 times now. They always provided us with sound advice on what we needed to do now vs. what we could hold off on and offered the lowest rates. And unlike other plumbers, they showed up on time and communicated what they were doing. And the office staff were friendly and responsive. Can't say enough good things about them.

We are so happy with Aqualine Piping work and team?They are very professional. It's amazing they did it in the same day. We have drain problems which need to be solved as soon as possible, I checked lots of plumbing company in the afternoon and found Josh replied me very patiently. After the talk, Josh went to my home in 15 minutes! He checked everything and gave us two options. We choose hydro jetting because he gave a very reasonable price! At about 4pm the technician came and finished all the work for 2 hours. We didn't expect that our problem would be solved the same day.

I highly recommend this company and will contact them again if we need services in the future.

Aqualine did an excellent job! Over the weekend, our washing machine drain started overflowing onto the floor whenever it was pumping water out. We called to make an appointment over the weekend, and they showed up on Monday afternoon. The technician was courteous, efficient, and did a great job. After snaking the line, the clog was cleared and the washer drained without overflowing. He explained his steps, discussed options, and got the job done at a very reasonable price. This all happened during the COVID-19 pandemic, so it is important to note that the technician wore a mask, respected social distancing, and did a thorough job cleaning up prior to leaving. We will definitely use Aqualine for future plumbing needs!

We are so happy with Aqualine Piping work and team. We had a few gas leaks repaired (major safety issue we had no idea existed). They also repaired some water pipes in the kitchen. Josh and his team talked us through options and repaired all our issues very quickly. They helped save significant amount of money and time. They did this by really listening to our goals for the project and didn't try to sell us more than we needed.

Their whole team was always safe with face masks while in the house, on time, and professional. I got a few quotes from other businesses for this project and they are by far the best ones to work with!

Our kitchen disposal was backing up, so I went on yelp to get quotes. Josh at Aqualine replied right away and recommended hydro jetting to clear out the grease and food build up. The quote he gave me was $200-300, which was high compared to others who offered to snake the drain, so I went with another company. They snaked the drain for $70, but the problem came back the same night. I wasn't surprised when this other company recommended hydro jetting, but was shocked by the price--$900! I checked a couple of other places, and was quoted $450 and $675. I messaged Josh and got an appointment 2 days later. They did the hydro jetting for $300. I should have gone with Aqualine in the first place. They have the best price, as well as excellent communication and service.

I contacted Aqualine Piping on Friday night to get a camera inspection of my sewer lateral to determine where it connected to the sewer main and at what depth. Jesse responded 11 minutes later via yelp with availability, we then had a 10 minute phone call where he set up a conversation with me and Josh to get a better sense of what I was after. Josh and I spoke on Monday, discussed the sewer lateral, and a number of other things related to my ADU project, and we confirmed a visit for Wednesday. Josh, Joe, and his camera crew came out today, camera'd my sewer lateral and gave me a clear answer to my questions, and took a look at my yard for where the ADU sewer lateral would run and tie into the existing lateral. They gave me a lot of great ideas, were super friendly and very professional. I am super glad I went with them because they answered all the questions I had, and more, and gave me confidence that if/when I move forward with my ADU project, or any other project, I will definitely be having them do some of the work. This was money was well spent and I'm glad to support them.
