Aqualine did an excellent job! Over the weekend, our washing machine drain started overflowing onto the floor whenever it was pumping water out. We called to make an appointment over the weekend, and they showed up on Monday afternoon. The technician was courteous, efficient, and did a great job. After snaking the line, the clog was cleared and the washer drained without overflowing. He explained his steps, discussed options, and got the job done at a very reasonable price. This all happened during the COVID-19 pandemic, so it is important to note that the technician wore a mask, respected social distancing, and did a thorough job cleaning up prior to leaving. We will definitely use Aqualine for future plumbing needs!

We are so happy with Aqualine Piping work and team. We had a few gas leaks repaired (major safety issue we had no idea existed). They also repaired some water pipes in the kitchen. Josh and his team talked us through options and repaired all our issues very quickly. They helped save significant amount of money and time. They did this by really listening to our goals for the project and didn't try to sell us more than we needed.

Their whole team was always safe with face masks while in the house, on time, and professional. I got a few quotes from other businesses for this project and they are by far the best ones to work with!

Our kitchen disposal was backing up, so I went on yelp to get quotes. Josh at Aqualine replied right away and recommended hydro jetting to clear out the grease and food build up. The quote he gave me was $200-300, which was high compared to others who offered to snake the drain, so I went with another company. They snaked the drain for $70, but the problem came back the same night. I wasn't surprised when this other company recommended hydro jetting, but was shocked by the price--$900! I checked a couple of other places, and was quoted $450 and $675. I messaged Josh and got an appointment 2 days later. They did the hydro jetting for $300. I should have gone with Aqualine in the first place. They have the best price, as well as excellent communication and service.

I contacted Aqualine Piping on Friday night to get a camera inspection of my sewer lateral to determine where it connected to the sewer main and at what depth. Jesse responded 11 minutes later via yelp with availability, we then had a 10 minute phone call where he set up a conversation with me and Josh to get a better sense of what I was after. Josh and I spoke on Monday, discussed the sewer lateral, and a number of other things related to my ADU project, and we confirmed a visit for Wednesday. Josh, Joe, and his camera crew came out today, camera'd my sewer lateral and gave me a clear answer to my questions, and took a look at my yard for where the ADU sewer lateral would run and tie into the existing lateral. They gave me a lot of great ideas, were super friendly and very professional. I am super glad I went with them because they answered all the questions I had, and more, and gave me confidence that if/when I move forward with my ADU project, or any other project, I will definitely be having them do some of the work. This was money was well spent and I'm glad to support them.

Over the 3 years we have had Aqualine do a few small jobs for us - garbage disposal installation and new kitchen faucet installation. Yesterday was our first ""bigger"" issue that they helped us with. We happened to look under the sink a few nights ago and noticed that the back wall under the kitchen sink had mold. Yuck. This was something that my husband couldn't handle, so we called Aqualine and they were able to get someone out first thing the next morning. Henry showed up right on time and was able to easily diagnose the problem and find the leak. He explained what he needed to fix and was clear about the costs. He did run into a problem when he was fixing the kitchen pipes, but knew exactly what to do in order to fix the issue the correct way. When he was done he spend extra time to ensure that there was no more water leaking and wanted to make sure it was perfect before he left which I really appreciate. Service was quick and their office is great to work with. Qe will definitely be using Aqualine again.

We had a clogged sink that we couldn't clear with a plunger so called and got Henry out pretty quickly. A simple snake didn't do it (soft clog reclogged) so they did a hydro-jet which seemed to clear the problem.

They worked quickly and cleaned up thoroughly.
