After reading all the good reviews about this company, I requested service to fix a problem with my outdoor spigot that continuously leaks. Burchell called me and scheduled a time with me to come out a couple days later. Rain was in the forecast on the scheduled day, later in the day, but it started early so I knew nothing would be done. Aqua Plus never called to reschedule so I called Burchell to reschedule but got his voicemail and left a message and then called the Aqua Plus main number to reschedule. I was told Burchell would call me and schedule an appointment. I guess my repair was not significant enough for them to bother because I never heard a word from Burchell. I'm very disappointed and will go on to the next plumber.

What a great experience! Burchell was extremely professional, efficient and got the job done! I would highly recommend Aqua plumbing if you want a professional job done in a timely manner! Will be using them in the future.

Jack/John was super chatty and helped explain everything that was wrong and needed to be done in the situation. I'm not a plumber, obviously, so his taking the time to explain everything was really reassuring. He also gave advice for what we could do in the future, if we redid the pipes (which we will need to do) so I am more confident in knowing what I will need. Overall great experience. Very flexible on scheduling short notice, as long as it was M-F.

So I actually haven't used Aqua Plus Plumbing - yet, but felt a need to write a post. I had an emergency situation this evening and unfortunately Aqua Plus was booked until 2 AM so couldn't help. HOWEVER, whoever answered their phone took the time and walked me through what I needed to do step by step. And I was able to temporarily fix the problem until the morning when a plumber could come out. It was a ""surprise and delight"" that this person wouldn't let me just hang up the phone but actually stayed on to walk me through it. I really appreciated it Aqua Plus Plumbing! That experience alone has made me a fan and would recommend giving them a call for all your plumbing needs!

Jack is the absolute best. If you're like me, you don't know much about plumbing but as I was describing my problem to Jack over the phone, he seemed to know the problem. I even already hired other plumbers to come in to try and snake my drain and they left with the issue unresolved. Jack started to ask very direct questions with how they were operating, equipment they used, etc. that gave me the level of confidence to hire him.

He came in at the stated time, didn't give me any lip service when I asked him to take his shoes off or wear shoe covers, toured the basement to get a feel for the pipe work, laid out a blanket, and got to work. He explained to me his process, going to/from the car to get appropriate equipment, explaining his equipment, why he was doing things. Within an hour, he was able to rectify the problem, teach me a few things, and he left my home in a cleaner condition than the previous plumbers.

I can only give only ONE STAR, for only coming out to my home. I can only say that the technician must have x-ray vision to see through a wall, to determine the matter of how my water leak came about. The tech based his no work order not on his physical observation, but only his personal views, or maybe the work was to much and the company payout from American Shield to the company was TO LITTLE.

He then explained what he did along with suggestions for proper care moving forward. Aqua is fortunate to have Jack! I will use them for any plumbing needs that I may encounter.
