This may be the best plumbing service I have ever used! I made an appointment last week, they told me they will be here by 10 o'clock today, 30 minutes later Jack had finished what was needed and taught me how to prevent it in the future. Definitely worth the call.

They came to look was 100/no problem then they said to fix it just to pull the toilet would be 750 I said not cost to much for nothing. They left and came back and try hustle me and I said no. I would not recommend this company

Do not use this shady company. Especially through American Home Sheild. We paid extra charge ahead of time for them to come and take a look. However, no one ever showed up since we sent pictures of our water heater. I guess they are too good to come and check what is wrong.

Website shows 24-hour business but no one answers the phone, so that's not true. They said that they had sent the work order back to AHS, and 4 days later, we found out that nothing was done. Another lie. Absolutely terrible and no professionalism what-so-ever.

Filed a claim with American Home Shield and my job was assigned to Aqua Plumbing. An appointment was made and I haven't heard from them since. The job was marked ""completed"" on American Home Shield's portal. I called Aqua to inquire about the status of the job and was informed that a technician came to my house and there was no answer--as my husband was in the home awaiting their arrival, I have no idea why he didn't hear the door (perhaps he was in the bathroom, I don't know). Nonetheless, I asked Lucy, an employee at Aqua was the company's protocol for this type of situation--do they call the number on file, wait 5 minutes and try again...what. Instead of answering any of my questions, she very rudely repeatedly stated, ""...the technician was at your home"", providing no additional information. She then hung up after I asked her if the company's protocol is to mark jobs ""complete"" for services that they did not actually provide. I would not recommend this company or their services to anyone, as their customer service and business practices are sub par.

The company itself was very nice initially, however, the service reps sent to my home was the worst. He did a quick tweak to my system and as soon as he left the problem started again, each time they came back out, an attempt was made to fix the issue- he has been at my residence at least 3 times within 49 days on the same issue ( talk about competence or lack thereof ) however, he started analyzing why i shouldn't complain about the minor issues I'm having with the toilet as I have a ""very good toilet"" and i should learn to leave with the minor inconvenience of water leakage. Once I confronted him about the fact that it's an inconvenience and they have been here within the last 30 days to fix the same issues he got mad and said well I'm done fixing the problem unless you are willing to pay another call out fee. This is such a despicable act and representation of this company. I will never do business with them ever again nor will i ever recommend this company. One of the worst customer service experience I have ever had to endure.

The truth was the incompetence of your tech resulted in the work not being properly done in the first instance. If turning the water supply off is what you guys call work then you should be ashamed of yourselves. No one yelled at your service tech but to be clear my warranty company already made arrangements with a REAL COMPETENT PLUMBER to be at my house to fix the issue that your tech should have fixed the last time he was here few weeks ago as well as today. The Only reason your guy decided not to do the work today was because he realized by his own admission that this was a recall job and he wasn't getting paid the deductible. So let's get the facts straight, your tech wasn't that truthful with you.

CUSTOMER SERVICE is superb! I reached out to 2 other plumbers that were closer to me and neither responded in a timely fashion. They both said they were 24 hours but apparently they aren't *rolls eyes* But Aqua Plumbing really is 24 hours! I had a leak in my kitchen and they helped me over the phone in getting my water turned off and told me what to do prior to them getting there. They called me back to check on our house until they came out the next day (which I told them would be fine because I was going to bed). Long story short, my sink is fixed and all is well. I would only use them for all of our plumber needs from here on out.

Burchell replaced the cartridge in my shower and did such an excellent job. He figured out that parts of my shower was calcified preventing the cartridge from working properly. Thank you Burchell! I'll be sure to come back to you guys if I have any other plumbing issues.

Contacted AHS and they sent Aqua Plus Plumbing and the service provider, Jack was outstanding. He was attentive and answered all of my questions. He fixed my toilet and checked my sump pump. I would highly recommend Jack and Aqua Plus every time!

Aqua Plus performed excellent work for us, specifically Burchell who came to help us out. This included repairing a detached shower head, installing a bunch of isolation valves, fixing our main shut-off valve, and repairing our water heater. He was friendly and good at explaining what he was doing and the ins and outs of the work he performed (what parts did what, how he was going to install something, and why something was needed or not). One thing I really appreciated was that he did not try to upsell me on unnecessary things that I thought we had needed to fix.

We were so satisfied with Aqua Plus that we called them back 2 months later (the time of this review) for more work. Burchell helped us install a shower and also fixed our front hose spigot. If we need any sort of plumbing work in the future, I am definitely calling up Aqua Plus. Great communication, experience, and value. (Note: I've dealt with a fair share of plumbing companies in the DMV area and many of them are unprofessional, rude, or perform shoddy work. Not so with this company.)

We were very happy with our choice of going with Aqua Plus Plumbing! Burchell called us first thing in the morning to schedule an appointment, gave us a fair estimate, was timely, professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable and most importantly, fixed our leaky shower! As an added bonus, he talked my husband through every step so that if it breaks again we can fix it ourselves. For any of our future plumbing needs, we will definitely call Burchell again and highly recommend him .
