I scheduled an appointment to have my leaking toilet repaired. I was told that they would be here between 9am and 12pm. I called Fred at 12pm and was told that he had a worker call out today and he wouldn't be able to get to me by 5pm. Had he called me when his worker called out, I would not have had to take a day off work. Had I not called him at 12pm there is no telling when or if I would have heard from him. I've lost a day's pay and still have a leaking toilet. This is no way to treat a customer!

I had a problem with my hot water heater not getting hot enough and called Aqua Plumbing because of many recommendations from neighbors. I now know why! The service was on-time, professional and the owner and his assistant were very nice and took time to explain the whole process to me. The fix ended up being something very simple and I could have easily been charged by a less scrupulous plumber for unnecessary work. I even received a phone call the next morning to make sure everything was good. I will never call another plumber.

Called for an over flowing toilet in early evening. They came within the hour. They snaked the toilet but still a little clogged. Got out the main snake. Then came back the next day to make sure the clog was clear. Overall good experience fast local and cool people came out. Despite the bad parking around here.

Don (the owner of Aqua) was in the area at the time I called and was able to stop by within 60-90 minutes of my call. He checked operation of the boiler, and diagnosed the problem with the help of the boiler manufacturer tech support. I needed a new ignition control module; the problem was that the boiler flame would not stay lit. He tried to get the old one working again, and seemed to succeed, but I called him back the next morning to report it started acting up again. He ordered the part and returned after it arrived in a few days to install it. The part appeared to resolve the issue and I was good to go. The boiler is over 25 years old and my previous HVAC contractor had said it needed to be replaced. Don looked at me like I was nuts when I told him that. He genuinely believed in repairing rather than replacing if at all possible, and I could not agree more.

These guys do a great job. They're friendly, professional and their prices are reasonable. A drop cloth was placed on the floor in the basement where the work was being performed in order to prevent a mess. They came same day and when they weren't able to repair the issue, promptly came back the next morning to resolve it. We would highly recommend them and definitely consider using them again in the future.
