I have used Aqua Plumbing twice now. They are truly excellent, and I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Both times they were kind and respectful, were highly efficient fixing a complex issue on a single visit (a loud ""whistling"" sound from the water pipes that I learned was due to a defective pressure valve in our house), left no mess at all, and wore a mask (I am writing this review in the middle of the COVID pandemic; hopefully one day this explanation will be needed to understand the mask statement). Their prices are very reasonable, competitive with another plumber I used but with much better service (see my other review). On one of their two visits, they asked me to leave the kitchen sink on to reduce the water pressure, and the faucet nob broke - what timing! They were so kind and offered to even help me install a new faucet for free, and gave me tips on where to buy a faucet, etc. I couldn't take them up on the offer, but was grateful for their explanation of how to install it myself. These guys are just outstanding.

I have had great experiences with Aqua plumbing, they are not the company I normally use, but when I have been in a bind with noise from cast iron baseboard, and then with a relief valve from the boiler setting itself off without my regular company understanding it. Don and Eric came out in a time that fit with my schedule and gave me honest and trusted advise that helped to resolve the problem.

Aqua plumbing is honest, trustworthy, and very reasonable priced. Thank you Don and Eric.

Fantastic company. I got quotes from 3 different plumbing companies, and aqua gave the only fair price for replacing a hose bib. So I went with them and they did a fantastic, clean, and efficient job. I would hire them for any plumbing issues I have in the future.

This is a long post ~but~ it's because our issues with AQUA have been dragged out for months and are still unresolved.
We called AQUA about an issue (clogged sidewalk drain). They made an appointment, then did not show up. When we called to find out why they had not shown up, they did not apologize and just said they would come the next day. Again, they did not show up. We called to explain that we couldn't take two full days off from work to wait for them.
The next day, I got a phone call from AQUA that said they were ""outside my house"". They showed up without an appointment or permission. When I told them where the issue was (on the outside of the house), they said they fixed the issue. However, when we came home, the drain was still completely clogged. When we called to explain that they had not fixed the issue, they said they could come and ""try again"".
The second time they came out, they decided they were unable to fix the issue (because the drain had collapsed). Despite not being able to fix our issue, we received a bill for the service stating that they had fixed it.
When we called to say that we should not be charged, we were given the run around.
We have now called every week for two months. We have not ever gotten a call back. We do however, continue to get bills from them (including with late feeds added on), despite the fact that they never completed the work in the first place or ever called us back. Every time we call, the secretary states that she can see we have called every week in the file, but is unable to do anything herself to resolve the issue.

Working with AQUA has literally been a nightmare. Between two no shows, showing up at our home without our permission, charging us for a problem they never fixed, and refusing to call us back while sending bills with ""late fees"", I warn anyone who wants to use this company.

We were referred to Aqua by our usual plumber, who did not have all the tools needed for the issue. He had spent over an hour working on it, and felt it had to be addressed differently. He said we should tell Aqua this, and what he diagnosed, as he had referred people several times before.
When Aqua arrived, I repeated what my plumber (who is experienced and honest and we have used him many times) had said. The guy scoffed and said he ""doubted it"". (His tone was very condescending. I cant believe he uses that tone with a man) He went to our sink and spent an hour himself before telling us it was just buildup. He said a bio cleaner would fix it and it had a 30 day guarantee. $165. The sink was running when he left.
35 days later, coincidentally enough, our sink is right back where we were when we initially called. We don't have another $165 for that guy to come out and pretend to fix it. I imagine if he would have listened to me about what the other plumber had done and checked it out as requested, we would have a working sink.
They were clean and on time. One star for each of those. But the problem persists, their attitude was lousy, and I feel like we were sold snake oil.

I scheduled an appointment to have my leaking toilet repaired. I was told that they would be here between 9am and 12pm. I called Fred at 12pm and was told that he had a worker call out today and he wouldn't be able to get to me by 5pm. Had he called me when his worker called out, I would not have had to take a day off work. Had I not called him at 12pm there is no telling when or if I would have heard from him. I've lost a day's pay and still have a leaking toilet. This is no way to treat a customer!

Aqua plumbing saved the day when I unexpectedly came home to no water - they were out here within an hour of my call the next morning and had water running again within 2 hours, all for a very fair rate. Don and his team were incredibly friendly and professional. Couldn't recommend them more!!

I had a problem with my hot water heater not getting hot enough and called Aqua Plumbing because of many recommendations from neighbors. I now know why! The service was on-time, professional and the owner and his assistant were very nice and took time to explain the whole process to me. The fix ended up being something very simple and I could have easily been charged by a less scrupulous plumber for unnecessary work. I even received a phone call the next morning to make sure everything was good. I will never call another plumber.
