John Miller established Aqua Plumbing in 1974.
We started with just one truck and an assistant plumber.

Through hard work and commitment, our company expanded.
In 1996, we expanded our services by adding a Heating and Air Conditioning Division.
Today, we operate over 75 service vehicles and are proud to be a Factory Authorized Carrier Dealer.
Fast forward to 2018 - we now provide Electrical and Water Treatment services as well, ensuring that one call to us can address most of your home service needs.
I am John Miller, the founder of Aqua Plumbing, established in 1974.
With my background as a Master Plumber, I brought extensive subcontracting experience in residential, commercial, and new construction to my startup.
I began my business with one truck and an assistant plumber.
From the beginning, our business thrived because we offered high-quality workmanship, great value, reasonable prices, personal integrity, and outstanding customer service.
Our company grew through commitment and hard work.
In 1996, we introduced a Heating and Air Conditioning Division.
Today, we have more than 75 service vehicles and are recognized as a Factory Authorized Carrier Dealer.
In just our second year as a Carrier Contractor, we received the Carrier Award for installing more Carrier systems with EPA-approved Puron coolant than any other Florida contractor.
In our third year, Aqua had developed and installed more residential and commercial air conditioning systems than any other Carrier Dealer in the state of Florida.

We had this company come out and service our hot water heater. They replaced two parts on site, were extremely reasonable in price, and the technician was EXTREMELY nice and professional. I would definitely recommend this company, they were also prompt and on time!

Simply the BEST!!! Aqua saved us from another scam artist a/c company who wanted to charge us top dollar for a whole new HVAC system! Called Aqua for a second opinion. Had a crack in the pipe behind the outside spigot. Aqua came out, on a Saturday, in only an hour after I placed service call. Ronald was very professional, efficient and thorough! Called to have a filter changed under my kitchen sink. I just moved in so I wasn't familiar with the filter system. I gave the person who scheduled the appointment the filter number. I asked her how much it would be for the filter. She responded around 20.00 plus the trip charge. It took all of 5 minutes to change the filter. My bill was 330.00!! The filter was 216.00!! I looked the filter up on the internet and it was 68.00. Talk about price gouging!!!! Wow - 3 times the mark-up! Come on!! RIP OFF!!!! Beware of the mark-up on parts!! I will say the service guys were great.

I had a plumbing emergency and they were here within an hour. The people answering the phone were very nice and courteous. Very impressed with Angel who came and fixed the problem. Very friendly all around and didn't mind my dog that was barking and wanting to be friends. Would definitely recommend.

Aqua re-diagnosed an AC problem that another company said would require a new motor and a $1200 repair to our fairly new system. Aqua said the motor did NOT need to be replaced, added coolant to our system, and got us up and running again. Thanks Aqua for your honesty and professionalism.

This company is the real deal, honest and trust worthy! Their service team and office people are efficient, polite and do what they say they will do. No heavy handed sales pitches, just good old fashion reliable service.

Based on two visits Aqua Services has demonstrated it knows how to treat customers. Both times they were on time, performed the job professionally, did not leave until everything worked to everyone's satisfaction and were fair in their price. I have no hesitation calling them again to perform maintenance/repair work or install new plumbing or a/c equipment.

Our 20 year old water heater failed at 8:30 P.M. on a Thursday and flooded our utility room. We called the people we had been using and Monday or Tuesday was the best they could do. We called Aqua on Friday and spoke to Kelly and after a few interactions with my wife and I we were setup for a Saturday install of a new water heater. Come Saturday at 8:41 we get a call from a very pleasant Angela who tells us Aaron is on his way. Aaron was at my home shortly afterwards and did an efficient and professional install of our new heater all the while keeping us informed of what was happening. Aqua Plumbing installed a New Central Air Unit in my Condo in July and they were her almost 12 hours with 2 young males that were definitely not trained in Installing New Units since I was told by another one of there Techs on a near future Visit that it should never take that long..That day of installing they didn't seal my indoor portion of the system properly and it was bubbling.. I pointed it out to them and the 2 young men said don't worry it will stop bubbling the next day. I trusted that these so called professionals were telling me the truth. I was getting nervous that my house was not cooling off by the second day. On the 3rd day I heard a whistling noises and I opened up the unit and it was FROZEN! I told them in the beginning before they left I thought there could be a leak and they said not at all. I called them on that 3rd day and 2 different men came out and couldn't believe the Botch job they did on sealing the outer unit and not to mention they cracked and put a whole in my drywall around the unit and never offered to fix it. These two men were here a few hours and said the first two guys DIDNT fill the Freon(theres a new type of Freon being used now and I don't know the name) that that was the reason it froze!. So I was discouraged but happy that my house started to cool down within a hour after they left since I will remind you that IT WAS JULY IN FLORIDA! VERY HOT AND HUMID! Well...... just under a month later in FROZE AGAIN.. and another man came out on a Sunday and said... Mam, this must have a leak for this to be happening.. I said to him.. I said that from day one for the Freon to be going so quickly, It doesn't take rocket science to know this. He agreed and this was the 3rd time I was told that this situation was going to be reported to the owner and get fixed immediately. So he put more Freon in to get me buy until they could diagnose the problem. Well I called to follow up and none of these visits had been documented and nobody followed through. They came again and said is was fixed and the problem was solved by repairing some issues with the other part of the unit outside of the condo. It gets worse, My 54 year old mother was diagnosed with Cancer and I flew up north to bring her back with me to spend her last weeks of living with me in my condo.. My goal give my mother, quiet, uninterrupted.. and a comfortable environment were we could enjoy the last few weeks where mother daughter could love each other in my beautiful quiet condo, Well guess what we are now into the beginning of October and the problems have been going on Since July and I already insisted on a brand new unit before I brought my mother in my home to just call it a day on all the hassles. They told me no they fixed it and no more problems for sure. My mother was bed bound in a hospital bed and we made the best of just loving each other and creating laughter as much as we could even with all the pain she was in. Guess what? With just 2 weeks left to enjoy my mother.. THE AC FROZE AGAIN! I WAS FURIOUS! I informed them I had a terminal ill mother and my house was SO HOT AND NEITHER ONE OF US WERE comfortable. Now my mother has passed and Im home trying to grieve and I have not had one week without disturbances. Im trying to morn my mothers death and I get to here them saw and cut holes into my ceiling LAST WEEK All day a week in a half ago to fix the leak I said there was in JULY. Well now its Now November 17 and it froze again just AFTER A WEEK IN A HALF AGO OF THEM SAWING HOLES INTO MY CEILING spreading fiberglass and dust everywhere that caused me to have rashes and I had to spend hours cleaning up the dust and FIBERGLASS. SO.. They were supposed to be here on Nov 17 at 8:30 am and there was a no show. I missed my grief appt last week because they were here and now Im missing another half day of my time. They are now coming at 2 pm. If anyone has advice about this situation, please help me. My ADVICE IS NEVER USE AQUA PLUMBING... THEY ARE OVERPRICED AND NOT DEPENDABLE.
