I found and contacted them through Yelp and they happened to be the most responsive out of a bunch of companies so I booked an appointment for a water softener consultation. Eric was not only knowledgeable of how to solve our hard water problem, but he also recommended a array products we could choose from. After we received the items, it took them a few hours to install the water softener and an RO system. Most importantly, they left the work area clean, which is usually the most important thing for me when someone is working inside the house. Would recommend.

Had a phone call with Eric when requesting the quote. Eric explained everything clearly, provided his professional recommendation on water softeners to consider based on our needs, and answered all the questions we had about maintenance. During the installation, Eric and his team arrived on time and finished all the work without leaving any mess on the ground. I'm very happy with how organized the whole system looks in our Garage. Eric would explain how he plan to layout the pipes before the installation to make sure you are happy with the design. After the installation, he also carefully checked that everything is working well and explained how to replace filters in the future to us. I've already recommended Aqua Logic to some of my neighbors.

Eric and his brother, Jacob, came to my parents' house to unclog a waste line that was running from their washing machine. I originally contacted him thinking that there needed to be a re-pipe of some sort, because they looked old and I thought the many sharp turns were causing the line to back up. After inspecting everything and determining that the condition of the pipe was actually ok, he proceeded to work on getting it unclogged. He showed me what the source of clog was, which I appreciated because he didn't just rush through to get the job done. He also fixed the water pressure for our faucet and showed us how to do it. While walking through the house, he had his mask on, shoe covers, and he took the time to really clean himself off after he had to access the crawl space. Half the time, the contractors I've hired don't even think to try to keep the house clean. I like the fact that he takes the time to explain everything and doesn't just spew a bunch of BS. I also like the fact that he gives you an honest opinion of the options he presents and doesn't just push the more expensive one. My Dad can be a bit wordy when he explains things, but Eric showed great respect and patience in taking it all in. I've dealt with other contractors that make you feel dumb when you ask questions and just want you to shut up, so that was a huge plus for me. BTW, my parents loved his attitude and even offered a couple of Cokes for the road, which means they REALLY liked him. I will definitely be calling Eric for any of our future plumbing needs. Thanks!

Eric is the owner. Although it took a little while to get booked in when he got to the job he spent the time to troubleshoot, save money where he could by only replacing hardware if necessary, and walked through what he was going to get done.

AquaLogic did a fantastic, high quality job installing our new Aquasana whole house water filter for a very reasonable price. They were on-time, professional, and informative every step of the way. They also replaced a corroded pipe on our tankless water heater. I highly recommend them!

Eric is the pro. For plumbing business, when initial contact by email for my barth room leaking issues, he offered me two solutions, one might be easy fix, another one need break my wall to fix, which he think should not, but another two contractor that I met, all stated that they need to break the wall to fix the problem. Than next day, Eric showed earlier, neat and clean follow all Covid 19 guide line, and he locate the problem, and offered me with less expense solution, and also left me one spare part for another bathroom. In case need in the future for same problem. Due to parts is hard to find. Plumbing problems leave to Eric, he is the best.
