I had a water filter that needed replacing and when I sent out a request on Yelp, Aqua Logic was one of the first to reply. Eric, the owner, was quick to respond and agreed to take on the job at a lower price than his competitors. Ok the day of service, he came on time (maybe even a little early), was very nice, polite, and professional, came with all tools and cleaning supplies to do the job, very knowledgeable about his stuff, and didn't try to upsale me anything extra. I really appreciated that. I would recommend him and his service to anyone who needs it as I will contact him again for any other water service that I may need in the future.

I had the honor of having Aqua Logic install my water filter/softener system. Let me tell you, it was an extremely complicated job and entailed soldering my copper piping loop, setting up a massive bypass loop, and then attaching the whole system to the outer wall.
They did a beautiful job. They explained it all to me perfectly and were just outright kind, hardworking AND extremely proficient.

I found and contacted them through Yelp and they happened to be the most responsive out of a bunch of companies so I booked an appointment for a water softener consultation. Eric was not only knowledgeable of how to solve our hard water problem, but he also recommended a array products we could choose from. After we received the items, it took them a few hours to install the water softener and an RO system. Most importantly, they left the work area clean, which is usually the most important thing for me when someone is working inside the house. Would recommend.

Had a phone call with Eric when requesting the quote. Eric explained everything clearly, provided his professional recommendation on water softeners to consider based on our needs, and answered all the questions we had about maintenance. Eric and his brother, Jacob, came to my parents' house to unclog a waste line that was running from their washing machine. I originally contacted him thinking that there needed to be a re-pipe of some sort, because they looked old and I thought the many sharp turns were causing the line to back up. After inspecting everything and determining that the condition of the pipe was actually ok, he proceeded to work on getting it unclogged. He showed me what the source of clog was, which I appreciated because he didn't just rush through to get the job done. He also fixed the water pressure for our faucet and showed us how to do it. While walking through the house, he had his mask on, shoe covers, and he took the time to really clean himself off after he had to access the crawl space. Half the time, the contractors I've hired don't even think to try to keep the house clean. I like the fact that he takes the time to explain everything and doesn't just spew a bunch of BS. I also like the fact that he gives you an honest opinion of the options he presents and doesn't just push the more expensive one. My Dad can be a bit wordy when he explains things, but Eric showed great respect and patience in taking it all in. I've dealt with other contractors that make you feel dumb when you ask questions and just want you to shut up, so that was a huge plus for me. BTW, my parents loved his attitude and even offered a couple of Cokes for the road, which means they REALLY liked him. I will definitely be calling Eric for any of our future plumbing needs. Thanks!
