Same as some of the others. Was sent Aqua from home warranty. Needed him to bleed air bubble out of recirculating system. Apparently something he couldn't do. No communication either. Went to truck didn't say a word and never came back.

PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST! First American Home Warranty sent Aqua Fresh Plumbing to my home to repair two leaks under my kitchen sink coming from the garbage disposal and also the drain pipe. The technician asked ""me"" what size is the drain pipe? Uh... Isn't that the plumber's job to know the sizes of the plumbing pipes? He went to his van then came back inside. He said that he would need to contact the Home Warranty company to see if they cover this type of work. I knew the indoor plumbing and garbage disposal is covered in our contract so I didn't understand why he needed to verify. I called the contractor later that evening to get an update. The person said that he didn't know what I was talking about that maybe I spoke with someone else. There is only one contact number for Aqua Fresh Plumbing and I believe it belongs to the technician. I called him again the following morning and the call went straight into voicemail. I could not leave a voice message because it said that their mailbox was full. I sent a text message and no reply. I logged into my Home Warranty account online and then saw that my service ticket was closed. After speaking with the home warranty company, they said that the contractor stated that there were no signs of mechanical failure so they closed the ticket. WHAT?

A vendor from our home warranty company broke the valve that was connect to the waterline on out refrigerator. Said we need a plumber to fix it and then he left. The home warranty contacted Aqua Fresh plumbing, they arrived a few hrs later, called the quote into home warranty. Took 24hrs for them to approve cost. Once they did, I called Aqua Fresh back and they arrived at my house the next morning and repaired the damage. We really appreciate how fast the service was and the cleanliness of the area one work was completed. Would absolutely call them again.

The guy was completely useless . My home insurance gave me his no. Waste of time ... and very rude . Does not respond to phone calls or texts . I asked for a refund and hired professionals .
