Fixed our shower handle and super responsive. Recommend them for any one. Finishes job so quickly

Amazing, fixed leak from shower tap, took time analyzing the issue and came up with solution, issue resolved, great service and best attitude

I was highly skeptical reading the yelp reviews but this was who my home warrant company assigned me to. I've used my home warranty several times, and it's really a hit or a miss. Luckily this time it wasn't a miss. Peter came to fix my broken garbage disposal. Was he the friendliest? No. But he wasn't rude either. Most importantly, he came out the same day and he fixed the problem. So thank you!

Aqua Fresh Plumbing was sent by our home warranty company to our rental property to fix a toilet issue last Fall. In spite of receiving an initial payment of $45 from our tenants and $190 from the home warranty company, Aqua sent a bill to my agent stating that since the total bill was $350 and they only received $150 from home warranty, the remaining balance to be paid would be $200.
Not having encountered false bill claims before, our agent paid out the $200 on our behalf. However, when we double checked with the home warranty and our record, we realized things did not add up as Aqua claimed. When our agent reached out to Aqua, the response was a claim of an even higher bill: $395. And when we called to sort out the claims with Aqua's Peter
Bella, he came up with yet a new bill of $480.
By Aqua's latest ""bill,"" we still owe them some money; it's a wonder why they didn't bother to follow up. Aqua is being either too generous with its clients, or perhaps it is being unprofessional with how it feels like charging clients. Given the discourteous response we got when we called--""what's your agenda?!...you're only paying $200 anyway,"" the latter possibility may likely to be the case. We won't use Aqua Fresh again but hope it understands that $200 may not be a small amount for all its clients, and no one likes to receive inconsistent/false bill claims. It was such a waste of our time and energy, let alone the overpayment.

Today was the first time I used this company, and they changed my garbage disposal and they done beautiful job. This company were on time, and he was very polite. I definitely recommend using this company for any plumbing problem. Aqua Fresh Plumbing will be my plumber from now on.

Our hot water heater was leaking and wasn't making any hot water (the tank is ancient). To prevent property damage, we made temporary adjustments with a pan to collect water. We have a home warranty plan and this was the company that was assigned to it. They came out the very next day, which we appreciated, however, they reported back to the home warranty that when they tested the water, there WAS hot water, which is a mistake. The house has been without hot water for 5 days now. The home warranty company cannot do anything until they're told we don't have hot water. I called the plumber and he said ""we're booked for 2 weeks, have them reassign it to someone else"". So instead of actually helping us, they wasted 5 days where someone else could have potentially helped us in getting a repair or replacement done. The man whom I spoke to on the phone was short and snappy and rude. I asked him if he was the owner and he said no. This was the most unhelpful company I've ever spoken to. Children have been without hot water for 5 days now because of their carelessness. If you desire to become frustrated, go ahead and hire them.

I have contract with American Home Warranty. My out of pocket charge is only suppose to be $45 dollars. Peter Bella not only charged me $210 dollars on the spot to replace a kitchen faucet, but refused to issue to me the receipt required by my contract with AHW. Without the receipt, they can double-bill AHW for the job.....
Answer is simple. I am pulling this company business license.

Home Warranty gave their number. Called a dozen times, always said they would call back, but never did.

my toilet flooded and i called my home warranty. they sent peter out and he fixed it in no time andn no trouble since then he was very polite and thorough, even asked me if my other bathroom was ok and went in and checked it. o'm very pleased with the service and recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

Peter is wonderful!! I found him through the home warranty. He is very personal and very friendly. I had a leak on the bathtub and he was able to fix right away and he was also able to make insurance pay for the shower head!!!
