They are a bunch of scammers and didn't even try to fix the issue. They wasted time and money to do absolutely nothing. They did everything wrong and even let out the dog because they don't know how to close the front door. The only problem was a clogged sink and they couldn't even manage that. 0/10

Worst experience with any contractor for me so far. They called 10min before they came. We had two valves that were leaking and some more that were close to their end. Were assigned this company through our insurance. He said he'll leave to get parts and then just never came back. We had to follow up and then he said that the valves were not leaking yet, so he can't do the work as it's not covered by insurance. He must have only checked one or two that in our opinion were optional to replace and then called it a day. Will now have to call insurance and get someone else or charge back the deductible.

My home warranty (ORHP) assigned me to Aqua Fresh. I called them on a Monday, they said they could come Wednesday. 15 minutes before they were to arrive someone called me and said he was on his way.

He had the part (garbage disposal) in his van so he could do everything in one trip. In addition to replacing the disposal, he also replaced multiple rusty pipes and made sure everything was working, and cleaned up the work area.

Can't ask for more than that.

My home warranty has assigned Aqua Fresh Plumbing on two separate claims/properties at this point. Both were good experiences where the issue was fixed same day! I didn't meet the first tech but I agree with some of the reviews their tech seems a bit impatient and has some natural condescension in his voice. But plumbers aren't trained to have bedside manners and I would much rather they be efficient in fixing the problem!

Both times they came within 1 day, got the approval from home warranty within 15min, and fixed the problem with parts they had (garbage disposal in one instance, leaking pipe in another).

An update:
I actually got a competent plumber to come and take a look and he was able to diagnose the issue in less than 15 minutes. It was plumbing issue that was affecting the flow of water. He was also able to fix the issue in the next 10 minutes.
This cements my views posted earlier about AF plumbing. If the plumber assigned had just bothered to do his job and check a few things we could have resolved this a week in advance and i did not have to pay out of pocket.
