Requested through First American Home Insurance to fix locked-up shower handle. Danny came in same day, spent 20 minutes, fixed everything right away.

For reference, we did have another highly-rated-on-yelp plumber in San Carlos coming out the day before to take a look, two guys came and suggested to open the wall and replace the shower valve and use a bigger metal plate to cover up the hole if we don't plan to re-tile the wall. The quote was jaw dropping $1,765.

As a comparison, Danny came in, no BS, got the job done without opening wall or asking to replace valve. Very cool, very efficient. It cost us $85 deductible with FAHW and a good tip for Danny. Couldn't be happier.

Will definitely consider Danny again for our future plumbing jobs.

My main sewer line was clogged. I called my warranty company and they sent out Aqua Fresh Plumbing to service it. I have an outside clean out and the plumber was not able to clear it with his snake after mutiple tries or so he said.
I was then told by the warranty company that he would need a camera and hydraulic to clear the clog. It would be $1500 and not covered by my warranty company.

I have lived in this house over 30 years and have dealt with this issue with clogs due to roots in the pipe. There has never been a problem clearing the line.

Since I know it didn't need this $1500 service, I called Roto Rooter and they had it cleared within minutes with their snake. This plumber is either incompetent or trying to upcharge the job. I will refuse him as a service provider with my warranty company in the future.

I had a cracked pipe in my crawl space that was discovered while doing some electrical work. Danny came by and took a look, got the approval from my home warranty and came back 2 days later and fixed it. He replaced the joint and an entire section of pipe and also added in a support belt to ensure the pipe was properly secured and wouldn't crack due to its own weight.
Very professional, came in and did the job in a timely fashion appreciating the urgency of a leak in the crawl space. Will definitely use again

We requested a fix to a plumbing leak we could see in our crawl space under our kitchen. They can and investigated in the first trip to determine the work and get approval from First American Home Warranty. Then they returned with 3 guys and did the repair work in under an hour. We have been able to use our kitchen again with no leak for 3 weeks now. They did great work!
