We requested a fix to a plumbing leak we could see in our crawl space under our kitchen. They can and investigated in the first trip to determine the work and get approval from First American Home Warranty. Then they returned with 3 guys and did the repair work in under an hour. We have been able to use our kitchen again with no leak for 3 weeks now. They did great work!

I submitted a service ticket through my home warranty service because I had a slow drain issue in my bathroom sink. They sent out Aqua Fresh plumbing. Peter came out to fix my bathroom sink and called ahead of time. Peter eliminated the issue by replacing the old rusted galvanized pipe with a new black PVC pipe. He also checked my kitchen sink and shower to see if I had any other issues. Thank you Peter for fixing our bathroom sink. I definitely will use this company in the future!

My waste disposal was stuck and leaking, contacted home warranty, who assign Aqua fresh plumbing on Sunday. They came soon on Monday and quickly replaced the waste disposal after requesting warranty company for a free new one. They also helped me fixed low water faucet pressure due to clogged aerator screen, and showed how to do it by myself. I really appreciate their quick response and nice work.

Peter came for an old galvanized pipe leak in this 1960s home that we just purchased through home warranty. He saw that it was leaking due to flushing the toilets, using the sinks and showers. Got it approved and came the next week. They changed the old piping to new black PVC and now there are no more leaks! They were also able to change the P Trap for the laundry in this old home that often causes back flow. Thank you

I had an emergency with broken shower handle. Couldn't stop the hot water running strong from the hole in the wall. Aqua Fresh Plumbing made an extra effort to come on the short notice after hours and fix it. They did a great job, everything is fixed. Very professional.
And the timing was critical.

Home warranty picked them as service provide, but this service provider is more like a scammer.

If you only need someone at your place looking at the toilet and nothing got fix, and you still have no idea about what the root cause is, you're in the right place.

""Maybe you can just replace the whole toilet to another common brand like Delta, as I never heard of this brand before and I don't know what the root cause is."" This is the ""solution"" he gave me today.

At least they should ask me what brand of the toilet is upfront, instead of arrived here and kept telling me ""it's my first time seeing this brand so I don't know how to fix it.""
(The previous service provider did ask me the brand of my toilet and I sent them a picture, and they just informed me that they couldn't take my case as they've never worked on this brand before. That's professional & honest!)

BTW, saw some other bad comments here and those are so true.

1. No scheduling/planning at all. Someone just called and said ""hey I'm in the area and will be there within an hour. ""
2. No shoe covers/declined to take off shoes. How can you be so sure that you won't scratch my floor with your shoes?
3. Didn't really look into the issue, so I still don't know what the root cause is.

really disappointing service... Peter came out and worked on a replace of faucet.

Very unprofessional in not taking off the shoes, not wearing shoe covers.

Asking for various things, tools, cleaning products, etc. multiple multiple times. seems very unprepared and not willing to help

Left the bathroom dirty, a big mess

No scheduling or planning at all, show up as he wishes, not respect of other's schedule

Pushy in selling services, he will not leave the home until we denied additional service he was trying to sell 10 times.

I do not recommend his service. Avoid.
