My Insinkerator garbage disposal broke and fell straight down under the kitchen sink cabinet rendering my sink and dishwasher completely unusable. I called my Home Warranty service and was assigned Aqua Fresh. Peter came out noon the next day and realized a special part was needed because the drain hole of my custom sink was too small. The special part was not available anywhere nearby and home depot etc would take 2 or more days to deliver---Not ideal given it is my kitchen sink! Peter was undeterred and went to several stores all around the South bay and finally found an available store that had the piece in stock. He came back early this morning and installed it properly. He cleaned the sink before installing it and tidied up after he left. He is a competent, nice, and hard working guy who takes care to do quality work. I will call him again if I have another plumbing issue! Thanks Peter.

Pros:

Cons:
- Had to be reminded to wear his mask
- On the expensive side: $485 to replace a 1/2HP Insinkerator and some PVC tubing
- Left a mess: dirty pipe left on the kitchen counter, plastic packaging and styrofoam stuffed into the composting bin, leaves from outside brought into the kitchen (the cabinet under the sink was left clean though)
- I had to request to get the documentation for the new unit and the paper for the warranty

I needed a toilet inside my home resealed. To the plus side, a plumber/tech was dispatched right way. Total cost was a little on the high side, but we respect the fact that these folks have to make a living , so I was OK with that part....

I was a bit nervous about calling our Home Warranty regarding a leak we noticed coming from our wall. Sometimes the warranty company sends lower quality contractors. Boy was I wrong. Aqua Fresh Plumbing met my expectations and exceeded it. Upon opening our walls, they identified that we had a multiple leaks in our pipes coming from our master bathroom. We purchased our home recently and found out quickly that the was a shoddy remodel using cheap parts and labor. Regardless, these guys were able to quickly solve my the pipe leaks and I haven't had any problems since. They were clear, realistic, and ensure that everything was cleaned up right after. They also minimized the holes in the wall that needed to be created. Aqua Fresh will be my go to plumbers when (and hopefully if) I have plumbing problems again. Definitely highly recommended!

We had a leak in one of our gas pipes at our home. The home warranty company had Aqua Fresh Plumbing take a look. They came promptly and looked carefully at what it would take to fix the leak and submitted their report to the home warranty company. Once the project was given the go ahead, they came back promptly too. It was a tricky fix because the existing piping wasn't quite done right and was in an awkward place to fix. Someone else might have required us to rip out part of a wall to make the project easier for them but Aqua Fresh Plumbing worked hard to figure out a solution that wouldn't require more extensive work. They figured it out and did an excellent, professional job promptly and efficiently. I was most grateful for their careful work.

Was extremely pleased with the ease in making an appointment,
the care they took of my home and in performing the work of
installing a new water heater. It was more difficult than normal,
as my water heater was in my attic. They arrived on time and
completed the work in the estimated time frame. Extremely

There's no good time for a problem with your hot water heater. Still, it was a rather cruel twist of fate when ours started leaking the day after our son was born. Luckily, Aqua Fresh were able to come out the next day to diagnose the problem and install a new water heater first thing in the morning the following day (MLK day). Very happy with speed and quality of service.

The kitchen sink pipe was clogged and he was able to diagnose the problem, gathered the folks needed to fix it on the same day itself. Would strongly recommend getting his services for any plumbing job.
