Apple Plumbing Services is nothing short of a god send. I contacted Apple Plumbing after having a odd feeling about another plumber I had hired and worked with for a sewer line which collapsed. Apple Plumbing came right out and confirmed my suspicions and literally hand held me through every single detail of the job and their findings. Some of the work they found to have been completed correctly and they advised me of this. But the work which was not done correctly was explained to me in laymans terms included a color coded diagram! Yes, a diagram! I was losing sleep over this disaster in my rental home and they were able to repair the problem at a fraction of a price and have assisted me obtain the information needed to rectify the situation with the first provider who was already paid an exorbitant fee. I would not trust ANY OTHER plumber or drain company ever to come to my home. They are fair and conscientious and are reasonably priced...everyone deserves to make a living and a fair living at that, but this company prides themselves on excellent work for a fair price. Joni and Randy, and the entire staff including the hand crew, have been nothing short of fantastic! Highly highly recommend them!

For two years I used this company exclusively for both my rental properties and my primary residence. During that time they were prompt efficient and reasonable. However, most recently, I had them come over to my home to do a repair. In fairness they were prompt.
However, when they finished the Job, they presented me with a bill for $850 which was three times the amount they charged me a year ago for a similar repair. The plumber worked at roughly 4 hours. And there were no expensive parts involved.
I paid the bill to avoid conflict with someone who was not in a position of authority and the following day I called the owner of the company. Or the wife of the owner of the company. In any event when I pointed out to her that her plumber billed me more than the doctor makes on an hourly basis she had no rational explanation for the cost.
She was hostile, totally unresponsive, totally unable to justify the cost of the bill, and never offered any rational explanation for the outrageous amount of money.
I told her that I wanted to have a partial refund so the hourly rate for the plumber would be more in line with what they charged me in the past.
Nothing. If I do not receive a refund from this company for part of the bill, I will not use them again, I will not recommend them to anyone, and I will post additional comments on other review sites.

We have used Apple Plumbing three times and each time the service has been exceptional at a very fair price. The plumber wore a mask the entire time and even reminded me to wipe the door knobs he had touched. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

I had a serious leak inside the kitchen wall from the kitchen drain. Apple Plumbing came on time and gave an estimate after an examination. The repairs were done as quoted and I found the professional expertise to be just what was needed. Thanks to Apple Plumbing the leak is repaired and the wall is ready to paint tomorrow.

I called Apple Plumbing for a second estimate to ensure the first company was in line. I had no real intention of having the work done byApple as I liked the rep from the 1st company. Tom (Supervisor) came out and was very thorough in his review of the job needing to be done. He provided a written estimate that day. The estimate Apple Plumbing gave was approx $700 LESS than the 1st company w/ almost identical written description of the work. Not only cost, but Tom's professional demeanor & obvious knowledge won me over. They scheduled me 2 days after the estimate and Tim came to the house. He worked all day on a stubborn section of pipe and got everything done same day. He was friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable. I paid the bill which was only about $20 over the original estimate. 2 days later I had a question and got an immediate response with an offer to send the Sup back out. That wasn't necessary as we were able to troubleshoot on the phone. Long review to say, pick these guys. You won't regret it.

We had a plumber sent out by Old Republic who turned out to be shady, to say the least. He told us part of the wall would have to be removed to make the repair. Apple had done an impressive job in the past so we had kept their card on our refrigerator. The Apple plumber did the job in 30 minutes, and the wall is still intact. There seem to be few plumbers who are competent and honest, and Apples is definitely one of them. I highly recommend them.
