Apple Plumbing was recommended to me years ago by a neighbor whose opinion is gold because she rarely recommends anyone. It takes a lot to impress her. We've had consistently great experiences and don't hesitate to give out their phone number. We've found them to be honest and reliable, and the company has excellent communication. Dustin was awesome but after he was promoted we started using Mitch. Mitch (like Dustin) is a great plumber and a genuinely nice person. I've not met Kale but I've heard really good things about him from a family member.

Did he do a okay job? Yes! Do we feel ripped off that he charged $250 an hour , definitely. I'm thinking it was $250 an hour because he never gave my wife an itemized bill and all he did was screw in a flange , replace valve & wax ring. Three days later we were emailed the bill which wasn't itemized. The new toilet was already put together just waiting to be installed. So he had no cleaning of the drain or anything like that.

The team at Apple Plumbing is incredible. We have had Apple out a couple of times, and both times they have been extremely professional, and most importantly, I felt comfortable with each person in my home, (as a petite female home on my own). Most recently, our sink wasn't draining, and the team trouble shot what was going on with a couple of scopes, and diagnostics. Not only did they clear out the drain/pipes, but they also recommended we remove the garbage disposal, which we were not using otherwise because our pipes just cannot handle it. We did, and this means that we now have extra space under the sink for storage, and little particles of food aren't falling through unintentionally, likely causing some of the blockage in the first place. It's been months since they have been here, and we have not had the sink back up since -it has been an ongoing issue beforehand, so I feel certain that this was not just a bandaid fix, but that it's properly, professionally fixed. I absolutely recommend Apple.

Incredible service, called them and they came out the next day and did a great job. Tim assisted me with moving a gas line within my kitchen and was efficient, professional and clean. Will be using again.

Damon was called out to repair a broken spigot. I was attempting to take a hose off the spigot. It resulted in a broken pipe. The challenge was getting access to the pipe to repair it. It seemed the access would be removing bricks or getting access under the kitchen sink. Damon was able to fix the pipe without tearing up the area under the sink or removing any bricks. He did a great job. The spigot was replaced and looks better than before. I am so happy my neighbor recommended Apple. All of our plumbing needs have been handled quickly,efficient and at a fair price by Apple. All of their technicians are pleasant and are very happy to work for Apple.

Under no circumstances, should you use Apple plumbing. They did not perform over half of the agreed-upon job, but they still demanded full payment. The service technician was surly and rude. Spoke to me like I was an idiot (maybe I am but you don't need to talk to me that way regardless) And when I spoke to the main office on Greenway....now I understand why they have such surly employees because it comes from the top.

All in all very poor experience, the company takes no responsibility and you have been warned.

Everybody's gonna have different experiences with different vendors and that's a given, but considering the things that I've read about them here and on next-door and other places, your best bet is to steer clear from the people at Apple plumbing

Excellent, excellent workmanship. I've now had service from Dammon, Kale and Tim. All 3 did outstanding work, from diagnosis and estimating to work performance and quality testing at the end, these guys were great. I could ask any question and got a well thought, experience based complete answer and explanation. They also worked fast, protected any exposed surface in work area, did a solid cleanup when finished and were very close if not spot on with every price given and time frame alloted. I would very highly recommend.

I called Apple Plumbing this morning to get a water shutoff valve installed for my home. The person I spoke with in their office was very professional. They were able to get a tech out to my house 3 hours later.

The tech, Grant Glover, called me when he was on his way, and he arrived when he said he would arrive. He gave me a very reasonably priced quote, and I had him do the job. He finished in about an hour. The quality of his work was outstanding and he cleaned up the work area

I'd definitely hire them again.

We learned about Apple Plumbing from positive reviews on Nextdoor and used them to repair a toilet (replaced the flushing mechanism) about six months ago, which I thought was expensive but done correctly and quickly. Recently we were questioning the efficiency of our on-demand water heater installed 3 years ago by a different plumber (it was taking a long time for the water to get hot at one of the furthest faucets, which they had installed a navicerc device to assist with this) so we called them out to check their work and they installed a new navicerc unit but it didn't really resolve the issue. We also had this other plumber check out an issue with a shower valve not properly mixing the temperature and they identified it as a bad cartridge that they could change out but would need to do at another time when they had the part, so I scheduled it with them but the plumber had to cancel due to a personal appointment. Since the navicerc replacement didn't solve the other issue, we decided to call Apple Plumbing to look at the shower valve. Brandon was able to identify the issue and replace the cartridge and solve that issue (which was what the other plumber said it needed). I also asked Brandon if he could look into the issue with the on-demand water heater, he immediately identified that there was an option to configure the plumbing at the heater to recirculate the water, which was not something the original installer identified at the original installation or when they installed a new navicerc unit that didn't solve anything. I scheduled the work with Apple Plumbing and this solved the issue of the water taking a long time to get hot at the furthest faucet from the water heater.

In addition to having confidence that Apple Plumbing knows their business, they are well organized, great communication, they wear shoe covers in the house, are respectful of property, and overall operate professionally. Even though they seem to be on the higher end of the cost spectrum, it is worth it to have confidence they're doing what is necessary and doing it right.
