When I scheduled them to come to my house I asked about a military discount and said yes they have that and the plumber will let me know. The plumber arrived and I showed him the two toilets I had already purchased and he looked at the areas and came back and said $500 for everything. When I mentioned the military discount I was suppose to receive he sighed and said okay. He did the job and when he gave me the bill it was $500 and I said that was the price before the discount and he told me you owe me $500. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I was in a bad car accident this morning. A gentleman in an Apple Plumbing van stopped to make sure no one was seriously injured. I really appreciate that. I've never used their plumbing services, but this says a lot about the kind of people they are. Thank you!!!

Crooks. Stay away. Called them based on their reviews and explained my leak that I could visually see. They quoted me $180 for a service and assured me they can handle the job. Technician arrived and refused to even look at the job without precision findings even though the leak was obvious to a amateur homeowner like me. They took my $180 like crooks and just left. I then texted and emailed them precision finding pictures as they requested but they never responded and just ghosted me. Like I said they are crooks and completely unprofessional. I'm in the wrong business and need to be making easy money like them.

I was referred to Apple Plumbing by Handyman Connection as they thought my issue would need a camera tech (ended up not needing it). Dustin did a great job of replacing the broken exterior cleanout pipe while minimizing the demo needed to the side of our house.

Apple Plumbing to my Rescue!

In my almost 30 years as a homeowner, I hadn't used a plumber more than a few times until the past couple of months.

The past 6 months I have had Apple Plumbing on speed dial for both scheduled and unplanned needs following a recent home purchase. My realtor recommended Apple when one of the emergencies occurred and they were so responsive. Jamie in the office kicked things into gear. The tech onsite (Ted) was very helpful and thorough.

I then consulted them when I was doing a remodel project and again they helped with great recommendations on dealing with the situation both economically while meeting my needs.

This past week we had an old water heater erupt and again, it was a call and same day service to get out, help get the situation under control and consult on next steps.

They have been honest, friendly and so compassionate in a time of crisis!

I had Apple Plumbing out for a simple service item, replacing a filter cartridge for an h20 system in my home. During the replacement of the cartridge an o ring was broken and solution from the h2o system was spilled by the technician, damaging my new epoxy floors. I purchased new o rings for the system and had the tech come back out. This time the tech could not get the o rings on the h2o system and I was told my only option was to now replace the h20 system all together. In the end, a simple repair left me with damaged epoxy floors and having to remove a water system from my home, that was functional when they first arrived at my home . I reached out to the company to see what they can do to fix their errors and they ignored my calls for weeks. I am posting this now, to let others know my experience with a company who does not stand by their work or damage to your property.

Our water heater went out unexpectedly this morning. Apple Plumbing was able to send someone out this afternoon. Clay showed up and figured out our water heater was still under warranty. He took it over to Home Depot and got us a new one. After installing it, he serviced our reverse osmosis system. He was very professional and friendly. He did an outstanding job!

Our shower valve broke and Apple Plumbing was quick to come to the rescue. Clay was available to assess the problem the day after I originally called, and confirmed the problem, and suggesting that our present valve (due to age) may need to be replaced...he tried to get it working with the existing, and when he couldn't, made a knowledgeable recommendation as to next steps. While it involved a new shower head and valve, he was able to return a few days later and successfully complete the work. Clay is an amazing associate - genuinely cares for his customers and works to ensure satisfaction. Couldn't be more pleased with the work and given that I'm already a return customer, would absolutely use Apple again and recommend to others.

I recently used Apple Plumbing to fix a leaking toilet at the base of unit. Gabriel the tech was great. Identified and explained the issue and promptly fixed. Also repaired a previous install issue. I have used Apple Plumbing in past and am never disappointed in the great service.
