Juan and Miguel were early for our appointment. They inspected our drain clog, assessed the problem and offered their suggested solution. We came to an agreement and they performed their work quickly and cleared or kitchen drain blockage using a Hydrojet because our blockage was too extreme to snake.

If there were 6 stars for these guys I would give them 7! Juan delivers Top Notch service along with his team. We have had some major plumbing issues over the years with the toilets and everything backing up. 6 years of snaking and even a hydroflush at one point and the system finally had enough. We had been using APLUS over the past 3 years to come and help out each time the lines backed up. Thanksgiving 2018 he came and did a really thorough inspection, he said it's going to be soon and gave me estimates on a trench less replacement of the whole line. On a fateful Saturday in February 2019 everything backed up, the tubs the toilets the sinks it was a mess! Juan came over to snake and when it unplugged there was a fountain of sewage. It was on this visit with the camera we finally saw that the lines were so clogged with roots and blockage that it was time. I knew it was coming and decided that now was the time, I had gotten other quotes from other plumbers but we knew we wanted APLUS and Juan for the job. We went with the trench less service and got the entire clay lines from the clean out to the sidewalk replaced. They also added a 2nd clean out for us. They were very fair in price and were quick to schedule and get the job completed. If you need a plumber in the San Lorenzo/San Leandro/Hayward/Castro Valley area APLUS is amazing. Couldn't be happier with their service. A+++++ 150% satisfied.

James (business owner) and Juan & Miguel (our technicians) were amazing! I had a sump pump issue last Friday and they came out almost immediately to take a look at our leak. They gave me an estimate within a couple of hours and I scheduled the work soon after. They also came out a second time on Friday afternoon after I realized the sump pump was still leaking! I highly recommend APLUS Plumbing!! Wonderful people to work with!

We had a leaky laundry room faucet. Juan repaired it after a quick assessment. Explained everything. No pressure to do more than necessary. Had to do a call
back few days later as there was still a slow drip. He came promptly with Miguel and took care of it. Appointment and payment process very efficient.

We've called APlus a few times over the years, once to replace a garbage disposal, and for a clogged main drain. We finally had them replace the main drain, and he was able to show me pictures of where the old cast iron pipe had obstructions from excessive solder that had splashed into the pipe during the original installation decades ago.

Juan has always been helpful, efficient, and charged a fair price. He's our go-to guy for any plumbing problem.

I got a note from EBMUD letting me know that I had excessive water usage. They checked my meters and noticed there was a leak at the coupler. I found alplus plumbing on yelp and they came out the next day. They showed up when they said the would and knocked the job in a couple of hours. I would definitely use them again!
