I suspected that I had a leak outside. I called APLUS Plumbing and James came to my house very quickly. James and his assistant inspected the area in question. They concluded there was not a leak but residual water seepage from the heavy rains we have been experiencing. James took time to show me how the water meter would indicate if a leak was actually occurring. Needless to say, I was relieved to find out nothing was wrong. I will definitely call APLUS for future plumbing needs.

I was not sure if the issue we had was plumbing or irrigation. I called APLUS Plumbing and made an appointment for them to assess the situation, as I believe my family has used their services in the past. The problem ended up being irrigation and therefore we did not need services from APLUS Plumbing. However, I was very impressed with James' professionalism and knowledge. I was expecting to pay for the service call, as that is typical, even if the service is just a few minutes, whether that be plumbing, electrical, etc....James did not charge me, nor accept the offer of payment. That is not what led to my review, but I found that to be a very honest and sincere means of business, not something you find very often nowadays. While I hope that we do not need plumbing services anytime soon, I would not hesitate to call APLUS Plumbing again. Thank you James for your assistance.

Contacted them today about a leaky shower faucet at 11:30 and they were at the house by 12PM. They realized that there was a bigger issue going on and finished the job by 3PM. I have never come across such quick and prompt service. HIGHLY recommend.

I have used this company for several years. I accidently broke a glass pot top and tiny pieces went into my grabage disposal rendering it unusable. I called yesterday. I was given a time frame today of 9-10 am. James and Miguel arrived promptly at 9:15. They wer courteous, friendly and best of all efficient. I had a brand new disposal and clean drains in twenty minutes. Kudos to A Plus for their wonderful traininf and thanks, James and Miguel for your speedy service. I would recommend this company to anyone !!

We had a completely clogged shower and water started sipping through the baseboard.
We didn't expect to be able to fix it soon, but when we called APLUS Plumbing, they came out in 20 mins. The plumbers were very kind and even brought their own show covers. They listened to us very well, diagnosed the problem right away, explained everything in detail, and suggested future solutions.
Everything was done within an hour of our initial discovery of the problem and it was also a very reasonable price. I can't thank more to them. I think we found our plumbers in the area!
