I was contacted by our tenant on a Sat. that they were experiencing a horrible smell from under our house. They investigated and saw one of the drain pipes was leaking. I asked if they could wait until Monday (to avoid additional emergency charges) and they agreed. First thing Monday I called APlus and James answered. I explained the situation and he said he could check it out that morning. He arrived and did an inspection and provided pictures and called me to explain the situation. He provided a fair estimate however, I needed to get one more estimate just to confirm pricing was in line. I contacted another equally rated company and they agreed to come out in the late afternoon. Their initial estimate was higher than APlus however, I was able to negotiate a lower price and they could perfom the work the next day.. Had I had more time I would have contacted James (Aplus) to give him a chance to price match but I needed to get this work done ASAP since I didn't want our tenant to have to endure the smell and inconvenience.

I feel bad that I couldn't give APlus the job , I'm sure they would do a great job too.

I am extremely grateful to APLUS Plumbing for being willing to come out and fix our clogged toilet while I was isolating due to Covid. My wife and son were trying to use a different bathroom from me while I was isolating, but their toilet clogged on the second day I was isolating. I called three major companies, all of whom refused to come to our house until days after we were all clear of Covid, even though I would be isolating on a different floor of the house. APlus was willing to send someone within minutes and fixed the problem quickly, helping to keep my wife and son safe.

APLUS is awesome! They scheduled me right away and had a couple of folks come in, and they fixed my clogged drain in a jiffy, for way less than I was paying a different company that had become my go-to. APLUS is definitely my new go-to now. :)

James is very responsive. He came immediately to diagnose a disposal issue I had, and when no fix was needed, he didn't even charge me a service fee. I have used this company three times (previously to install a new hot water heater and also to address a small leak). I highly recommend.

We Called A-Plus plumbing since our indoor
Plumbing (toilet) was blocked up, they came within less than 40 minutes, James and another came , wore shoe protectors before entering home, he snaked out all sewer lines and did a power wash through the sewer clean out pipes, removed the toilet & snaked to exterior & cleared the clog, they spent the time to get the job done and cleared our blockage problem, we will call them again when we need plumbing done.

I suspected that I had a leak outside. I called APLUS Plumbing and James came to my house very quickly. James and his assistant inspected the area in question. They concluded there was not a leak but residual water seepage from the heavy rains we have been experiencing. James took time to show me how the water meter would indicate if a leak was actually occurring. Needless to say, I was relieved to find out nothing was wrong. I will definitely call APLUS for future plumbing needs.

I was not sure if the issue we had was plumbing or irrigation. I called APLUS Plumbing and made an appointment for them to assess the situation, as I believe my family has used their services in the past. The problem ended up being irrigation and therefore we did not need services from APLUS Plumbing. However, I was very impressed with James' professionalism and knowledge. I was expecting to pay for the service call, as that is typical, even if the service is just a few minutes, whether that be plumbing, electrical, etc....James did not charge me, nor accept the offer of payment. That is not what led to my review, but I found that to be a very honest and sincere means of business, not something you find very often nowadays. While I hope that we do not need plumbing services anytime soon, I would not hesitate to call APLUS Plumbing again. Thank you James for your assistance.
