I called for water heater repair. The guys looked at it and said that I needed to call and order three parts for the water heater and if they called and were put on hold I would have to pay for the time that they were on hold. And then they said when I got the parts to call them back and it would be $500 to install the parts. I called Water Heaters West and they came out right away and the total for fixing it was $70 and it took him about 10 minutes to fix it. I think the guys that came out from API were lazy and ripping me off. I would never ever call API again. I would give zero Stars if possible.

I had a major leak in my front yard. API was prompt in getting someone to repair it. After the initial repair, new leaks were observed. David returned the next day to take care of the leaks. I was satisfied with the repair work. API is my go to company for all my plumbing projects.

I called them on the recommendation of a friend. A plumber came to fix the garbage disposal. He was on the phone the entire time. Once he figured it out, he called for a part to be dropped off. He did not fix it and broke the water cooling motor. DISASTER.
I called them and explained how incompetent the first plumber was. When they came out they claimed I yelled at the receptionist. They were also upset I criticized the plumber. After they found that the power worked the new plumber left. He called me and said they didn't want to work with me.
I paid $350 for absolutely nothing. GO TO A DIFFERENT PLUMBER.

At the end of December 2020 we needed some maintenance done on several
plumbing items in our house. We have used API in the past and have been very pleased with their work.
Our tankless water heater needed flushing, our reverse osmosis system needed a filter change, kitchen sink faucet squeaked like a rusty gate and upstairs bathroom sinks/cabinets/faucets needed evaluation for future project. All this was accomplished by Dustin L. of API who was not only gracious enough to call in advance of his arrival (on time) did the work in a timely, efficient way and explained what he was doing for each area he worked on. Dustin is very pleasant, friendly and all API customer will be happy to have him do work in your home.

We just completed a remodel of the master bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom was very small, circa 1970. We decided to expand the master bedroom into a 4th bedroom. Making it a 3 bedroom home, and expand the bathroom to be much more useful. I decided to use API after doing some homework. They're local which is a plus. We combined changing the water heater to a tankless, added a water filtration at the same time, we were given a discount for doing everything at the same time. We moved fixtures, so the slab was cut, and toilet, sinks moved. I can't say enough about the crew. Rick, David, Teddy and AJ. All were professional, coutious, respectful. They show up when scheduled. Explained and answered all my questions as needed. I used a general contractor, but not their plumber. They were ok with me choosing API and both worked together as needed. I highly recommend API for any plumbing needs. You get what you pay for. I've used others previously, that are more well known, advertise day and night, give you""free"" things. None of those companies come close to API. Very happy with the great work.

API Plumbing's inspection of my new house uncovered decades old ""Orangeburg"" sewer pipe that was collapsing and in need of replacement. Scary stuff for me, but Bill, Brandon, and Taylor made the whole process a breeze! API used special equipment, good old fashioned hard work, and incredible engineering knowledge to wrestle the old pipe out, and the new pipe in.....sparing my brand new concrete circle driveway. I just can't sing their praises loud enough. The estimate was accurate, the price was fair, and they were done in 2 days!!! Amazing! Use this wonderful company, like I did, and I PROMISE you will be happy with the results. If I could give them a thousand stars, I would! Thanks, API!

We had a leak coming from behind our kitchen sink and API was the first company that was able to come out. Unfortunately we had to have a hole cut into our house and then a trench dug in our carport and backyard. We were a little worried when another company quoted us almost triple the price for this work but API completed the job in a timely manner, left the work area clean, and were all very friendly.
