We've used API twice now. Both times it was clear to me that they were knowledgeable, professional, honest and fair. I won't call anyone else in the future.

We had a leak coming from behind our kitchen sink and API was the first company that was able to come out. Unfortunately we had to have a hole cut into our house and then a trench dug in our carport and backyard. We were a little worried when another company quoted us almost triple the price for this work but API completed the job in a timely manner, left the work area clean, and were all very friendly.

If i could give zero stars i would. This company almost cost us the sale of our home. My husband is a realtor and used to use this company for his clients for sewer scopes. We are selling a property of ours and API came out to do a sewer scope. They told our buyers and gave us an estimated cost sheet of $20,000!!! That was just to rip out our foundation, kitchen, bathrooms (everything we already re-modeled). So in total it would have cost us around $40k. My husband and I doing more research had 2nd and 3rd opinions done. For ourselves and for the buyers of the home. Turns out API falsely reported what was wrong with the pipes. Scam? maybe. Someone doesn't know what their doing? maybe. All i know is that the quotes we got back were no more than $2k. Needless to say they lost out on a lot of business we would send their way and word of mouth will come back to bite them. API, do better.

These guys are great they were fast friendly and most importantly knowledgeable. Water heater
Needed to be replaced they were at my house in less than an hour with a replacement on New Years
Eve .

API was one of the few companies willing to take a look at my shower drain issue. Another company said it was concrete and blocked totally and the brand new shower and tile and drain would have to be torn apart. Dustin from API showed up (even early)made no guarantees but was able to remove the blockage in just a few minutes saving me thousands of dollars. He was very knowledgeable and you can tell he really cares. I would highly recommend them

Friday late morning driving down the road and I see an ASI truck and gave them a call because I had a leaking issue in a wall in my kitchen. The receptionist didn't know if they had anyone available so she said she would research it and call me back; which she did about 5 mins later and we set up an appt between 1 and 3pm the same day. Dustin called me when he was about twenty minutes out. I left the office and encountered 2 accidents on my way home: which is usually a 10 min drive. Dustin called me because he arrived before me. I had left the back door open and asked if he would feel comfortable going into my house and begin addressing the problem, which at this point I was about 5 mins out. By the time I had gotten there he had already addressed the issue and had a solution, and a backup solution if that didn't work. He got on the roof and snaked a drain and the problem was fixed. A perfect case of under promising and over delivering, and what a pleasurable guy to speak with. Although I would never recommend letting a tradesperson that one has never met, nor a company that one has never used before into ones home, in this case I felt it was a small enough gamble that paid off. As a business owner in the service industry (windows and doors ) for over 12 years, I easily recognize excellent customer service and good people. Dustin, it was a pleasure to have you in my home and thank you for fixing my problem. Would highly recommend ACI to my friends and family.

API is the most honest and dependable plumbing company I have ever done business with. As a licensed Realtor I have used them for clients and my own home multiple times and they are awesome. They earned my business for life when they told me how to save money by fixing something myself instead of charging their minimum. They also recently cleared a blockage in my pipe, whereas a plumber my husband called to look at same issue wanted to tear out my bathroom vanity and flooring and make an insurance claim which was not needed. Because I called API for second opinion, my issue was solved and my house was not torn apart. I highly recommend using this company and I know several other top producing agents at my company HomeSmart Elite Group also use API plumbing and refer their clients to them.

API did quite a lot of work for me. Unfortunately, after they were supposedly finished with their work, the problems starting happening one-by-one. After repeated attempts to get them to come back out to fix what they installed in several different areas (or to just answer questions with my new plumber to let them know the specs of what they did), there simply was no communication. They went silent and ignored my issues. Even worse, it has become incredibly expensive to fix the issues and incorrect installation. I've had to jackhammer the floor, remove tile, remove plumbing fixtures, remove drywall and repair each portion of the damage created by API Plumbing, retile, repaint and I'm at my wits end. After today's issues, see picture attached, I want to alert the public in an effort to save the next sucker from the experience I face (and continue to face). This will be another set of expenses I'll need to pay for as a result of their negligence.

These guys went above and beyond for me... Doing a remodel and they found the sewer line to be bad. GC's guy wanted way too much $, so I called Bill per a friend's recommendation. He came out, quoted the amount I thought it'd be, and also suggested I replace slab sewer line while home is open, slab cut for other reasons, etc. Glad I did. He pointed out that my GC would not cover existing lines and if the slab line gave, the floor would have to ripped ripped up, etc. Bill is great & honest. He shifted other jobs around even, so they wouldn't delay my other work much. Super cool of them. Their guys are super nice & do great work as well. Highly, highly recommend! Will be my go to plumbing company for here out. Plus, I love supporting family owned businesses. Thanks Bill & Api!!!

API just installed my home water filtration and softener system and wow, what a difference it made. I wish I had them do this years ago. Bill was fantastic throughout the whole process. He explained how the system works and what I would need to install it. There were no hidden fees and he didn't try and sell me on anything I didn't need. Bill knows his stuff. On the install day, Nick came and did a clean install. He was able to run the pipes and tuck the tanks in the corner of the garage where they were out of the way. He didn't take any shortcuts and the end product looks and more importantly works great. I'll definitely use API for future plumbing needs.
