My teenager broke a hose spigot off at the ground 2 days before Christmas. Jon was the only plumber out of the 10+ that I called who answered the phone. Not only was he willing to come out the evening before Christmas Eve, but said he could be there almost immediately. We ended up fixing ourselves, but I will absolutely be giving Apex my business if we are ever in need. Thank you, Jon for providing exceptional customer service!

Jon at Apex Plumbing was quick to respond and very informative throughout the process of replacing my hot water heater. There were some complications along the way (due to the building), and he worked hard to problem-solve quickly. He was focused on getting the job done and making sure I felt confident with it. I tried fixing my water pressure regulator and ran into issues. Very odd issues I thought, as the pressure was not flowing to only a couple of faucets. Jon and I had a phone call where he instructed me on a couple possible quick fixes. I was able to fix the problem with Jon's help. He didn't charge me either! I was particularly surprised given these are tough times. I am very grateful to Jon, would highly recommend him, and will be utilizing his services anytime any plumbing issue arises. I hired Apex Plumbing Services again recently to install a reverse osmosis faucet on my sink and to unclog my tub drain. Once again I was impressed with how professional, capable, and friendly John is. I had initially bought a brand of faucet that John didn't think I would be happy with in the long-term, and he instead purchased a better faucet for me from a wholesale plumbing store. John showed up on time and completed both jobs quickly. He also showed me how to unclog my tub drain myself the next time I needed to so that I wouldn't require the services of a plumber. And, the icing on the cake, while talking with John, I mentioned that my sink could also benefit from being cleared. John needed to get to another appointment and was unable to do it on the spot. However, he stopped by my house later the same day and unclogged my sink at no charge. I think this is outstanding service and recommend Apex Plumbing Services highly.

Jon is the best! He answers the phone every time I call. If he can't come that day he'll come the next, even on weekends.

His prices are fair and honest. He did the job perfectly and were pleased with his customer service and work ethic.

Thanks to him we had hot water within 30 minutes of him finishing.

Apex doesn't clear drains but they recommended me to Tino's drains and Tino did a great job clearing a blocked drain on short notice for a good price. So good on Tino and Apex both!

So... we contacted TWO other companies before I found Apex - both were very slow to respond. One even came out to look at our project(s) and then never followed up with a bid. SO frustrating...

I used Yelp to write a handful of other options and got two official bids. Jon was the MOST responsive, quite personable and very timely. Gave us a bid - came in much lower than the other guy - was flexible in timing to schedule the job, follow-up, overall AWESOME in communication and quality of work. I would hire him again in an instant. Great work, great customer service - so pleased with his services!!!
