I hired Apex Plumbing Services again recently to install a reverse osmosis faucet on my sink and to unclog my tub drain. Once again I was impressed with how professional, capable, and friendly John is. I had initially bought a brand of faucet that John didn't think I would be happy with in the long-term, and he instead purchased a better faucet for me from a wholesale plumbing store. John showed up on time and completed both jobs quickly. He also showed me how to unclog my tub drain myself the next time I needed to so that I wouldn't require the services of a plumber. And, the icing on the cake, while talking with John, I mentioned that my sink could also benefit from being cleared. John needed to get to another appointment and was unable to do it on the spot. However, he stopped by my house later the same day and unclogged my sink at no charge. I think this is outstanding service and recommend Apex Plumbing Services highly.

Jon is the best! He answers the phone every time I call. If he can't come that day he'll come the next, even on weekends.

His prices are fair and honest. He did the job perfectly and were pleased with his customer service and work ethic.

Thanks to him we had hot water within 30 minutes of him finishing.

Apex doesn't clear drains but they recommended me to Tino's drains and Tino did a great job clearing a blocked drain on short notice for a good price. So good on Tino and Apex both!

So... we contacted TWO other companies before I found Apex - both were very slow to respond. One even came out to look at our project(s) and then never followed up with a bid. SO frustrating...

I used Yelp to write a handful of other options and got two official bids. Jon was the MOST responsive, quite personable and very timely. Gave us a bid - came in much lower than the other guy - was flexible in timing to schedule the job, follow-up, overall AWESOME in communication and quality of work. I would hire him again in an instant. Great work, great customer service - so pleased with his services!!!

Jon was quick to reply to my quote request through Yelp, and he gave me the most reasonable estimate for the work I needed done - replacing a shower valve and raising the height of my existing shower head. He was also patient with my demanding ways, waiting for me to pick out the valve I wanted :) When he did come out to do the work, he was fast, professional, and did a great job. Amazingly our other shower valve had gone out the night before, so Jon got it working perfectly within the time he had already allotted for the other project. Will definitely call him again if we need a plumber!

I was notified by the gas company that I had an underground gas leak that needed to be repaired in 24 hours. I called Jon and he arrived within the hour. He carefully analyzed how to diagnose the leak with the least disruption of my patio and garden. My plants were carefully removed and later replanted. He found several leaks and was able to address them with care within the allotted time period. I appreciate his logical mind in diagnosing the problem and his courteous and prompt service in addressing and alleviating the problem.
