The plumbing in both of my bathrooms quit working at bedtime on Tuesday night. Wednesday morning I called Apes and got an appointment the same day. Scott arrived at my house 1/2 hour early, was able to do the repairs and finish in 45 minutes! I am thrilled and so happy to have my house back in order. I've used Apes for plumbing issues for almost 10 years, and always been satisfied. Thank you Apes.

Our water heater had stopped working the Friday before Memorial Day. All the other places I called couldn't even come by until the Tuesday after because of the holiday (which meant no hot showers during the long weekend!!). I called Apes and they came within the HOUR!! (mind you I called around 3pm). Our guy came by, fixed it and was done quickly and efficiently. Also came out cheaper than other places I called and got an estimate from. Lifesavers!!!

Brian at APES is awesome. Him and his crew are always available to help whenever I have an issue. Recently we needed to replace a pump that was needed for the downstairs toilet, he was able to do it all himself when I wasn't home. He has always been available and I will continue to use him because he's reliable, fair, and skilled. I recommend him for anyone in he Sonoma area.

Horrible plumbers. Charged me $214 to fix bathroom faucet and broken shower handle. A week later sink was leaking again. When I called and spoke to Brian he was really rude. I scheduled another appt and when they did not show I called them and was told that I wasn't on the schedule! They were able to get Scott to come back out and fix it again. A week later it was leaking again and shower handle didn't work! I asked for my $214 back and the best they could do was a $74 refund. I paid $140 for nothing but stress. Save your money and use Maples Plumbing in Santa Rosa.



Unable to help me with an appt. So I changed my Thanksgiving plans so I could be home the day after when Brian scheduled it. Except the day after Thanksgiving when they did not show Brian said I wasn't on the schedule.

We were having some problem with are waste water lines draining properly. When I call to get an appointment and explained our problems the gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful. I actually called the morning before our appointment to see if they could come earlier and Robert arrived at 3 p.m. .

I can't say enough about Robert, he was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Within 30 minutes he had the line cleared and his equipment cleaned up. He was very thorough, making sure that any mess that was made during the cleaning was clean.

Would gladly reccomend this company and especially Robert.

Big fan. Brian can be a little casual with arrival times, sometimes, but had a medium job done by Will, and a small job done by Scott and they were both great. Plumbing is never cheap, but I get the sense these guys are pretty reasonable and don't try to oversell you. And they know what they are doing.

Hot water heater stopped working on a holiday weekend so I called a few local plumbers and heating companies in the area. Apes was the first to call back and offered some very helpful advice. Fortunately, that advice helped me fix the problem on my own thanks to the detailed and thoughtful recommendations. Saved my hundreds of dollars compared with all the other places that called me back and got us a hot shower faster than anyone else could have. Thanks! It doesn't hurt that this business is very close to where I grew up (in Glen Ellen), though I was calling for a service in Napa this time.

Toilet backed up over the rim and made a mess of the bathroom. Apes showed up within a few hours and fixed the issue. Their price was extremely reasonable, compared to other plumbers I've used before. Will always use them in the future!!
