Woke up to a leaking toilet that had flooded the bathroom and the basement underneath. Bad shut off. Apes sent Johnny out within 45 minutes of my call. He was very quick and efficient, polite, and solved the problem even though I had old hardware and he needed unique parts that he had to go purchase. I couldn't ask for more and the job was priced right!

I remodel my home over the past year. Over the course of that time I've used two plumbing companies. Apes was and is the best! Best service best price. They just did job for me that was bid by a competitor for $900 they did for$550. The workmanship was perfect. They are simply the best. Scott was the plumber!

Thanks to good reviews on Yelp, we found Apes. We had a plumbing problem and called on a Sunday night, expecting to leave a voice mail and instead the phone was answered, and an appointment was set for Monday morning. By 10 am, the problem was fixed. Timely, efficient and professional. We will definitely call them again.

I found Apes on Yelp when I was in a desperate situation: I had people in my vacation rental for the holidays and the heat suddenly turned off. I called on Thanksgiving night and spoke to Scott who said he'd have the owner call me in the morning. The phone rang at 6:30am, I made an appointment for 8:30 and the problem was fixed by 9:15am. Both Scott and Steve were very gracious even though it was a holiday AND they were extremely busy. The rates seemed very reasonable too.

Wow, what service! Arrived within 30 minutes of my call even though it was a Saturday. Solved both problems (1. Clanging pipes under house 2. Toilet overflowing) in less than an hour! Robert was our plumber, he was polite, very skilled and explained everything clearly. Price was very, very reasonable! Will call again if I need a plumber.

Called Ira in the Heating division on Sunday and he was there first thing Monday morning to repair my heater. Even though he had to drive first to Santa Rosa, then to Walnut Creek for parts, he completed repairs at 7:00 PM that nite, while still dropping off and picking up his kids at school, the cost was very inexpensive. A great guy, very experienced, and utmost integrity. Highly recommended, and I have do not give recommendations lightly.
