Being a former Handyman, I was skeptical of hiring a pricey contractor. When Scott came to our house he was informative and offered alternatives to the solution. With his realistic suggestions and after reviewing the extent of the work, he gave us a reasonable estimate. Scott said he could start the next morning.

When Scott arrived, he was considerate of my work schedule, he kept the work area clean. As the tasks were being performed, Scott was very time conscious and only applied NEEDED add-ons, keeping the cost reasonable. He also offered good advice for not so pressing jobs in the future.

Due to the professionalism, price, and quality of work, we will be calling them again for future work.

Called with dripping faucet issue. Was told by Bryan that they'd be out between 3-4 the same day. Took time off from work to meet them since CA is in a drought and wanted it fixed asap. Called at 4:20 and the same Bryan told me that he ""forgot"" but could be there the next morning between 9-10. I give him a second chance - anyone can have a memory slip, right? Get up early and wait. No show, no call, no nothin'. I waited until 10:45 and left for work. Still haven't heard a word from Bryan or anyone at Apes. I think the name says it all 'cause that's who's running this business. Never again!

We've had a leak in our garage for a week and I thought it was the washing machine. Realized today it was from a pipe in the wall.

Called Ape's and they had Johnnie out to the rescue in about 1/2 hour. He did a clean out job efficiently and professionally. He knows what he's doing.

We have used this company on several occasions for several different problems! Seriously the best their could be!! One time Our water heater gave out and they were at our house an hour later. I highly recommend apes!!!!

I called to make an appointment two days in advance to get a kitchen sink unclogged.Was told it was on,and then they never called or came.How convenient for them.I do not think I would let them change the roll of paper in my bathroom.Completely unprofessional.I think the name says it all,don't bother they don't care anyway.

Woke up to a leaking toilet that had flooded the bathroom and the basement underneath. Bad shut off. Apes sent Johnny out within 45 minutes of my call. He was very quick and efficient, polite, and solved the problem even though I had old hardware and he needed unique parts that he had to go purchase. I couldn't ask for more and the job was priced right!
