Justin is a great guy, is super responsive, and is reasonably priced. I've had to call him for a few small repairs and he can always fit me in. I've never had any problems with his work and he recently cleaned up after a terrible job a contractor did in my kitchen. He didn't even make me feel too stupid for not knowing how to spot a shady contractor. Thank you yelp for helping me find a plumber!

Justin Aulday just installed all new copper pipes in our Berkeley home. We are thrilled! He was efficient, thorough, and also very amenable and funny. He also installed an on-demand heating unit. I feel so good to have this completed. It's a project we wanted to do for years. Justin has been so responsive and attentive to us, for this project and before now. He's an expert at what he does, and easy to have around for long projects. Highly recommended!!

I had a problem with warm water coming out of my cold faucets. I spoke with Justin on the phone and he gave me some ideas on what to try and I was able to fix the problem myself and in the end didn't need him to come out so it didn't cost me anything except the small part I bought. It was very nice of him to take the time to help me over the phone. I really appreciated it and would definitely call him again.

Our poor old water heater decided to spring a leak on Saturday, blowing out the pilot light and spewing water everywhere. I checked Yelp and found the great reviews for Aulday Plumbing and gave him a call. It was the end of his day when we spoke and he promised to come out early the next day to shut down the water heater itself so we would at least have water running in the house.

The heater was ancient and rusty and clearly dead and in need of replacement. He gave a fair estimate and said he would be here by noon on Monday. He was here half an hour early, got the job done and left the area clean and secure, including replacing the earth quake straps that secure the water heater in place in case of a shaker with up-to-code, far more secure fixings.

Justin Aulday couldn't have been nicer. He gave us a fair price and was at all times friendly, informative and good to his word. My husband and I are disabled and couldn't take care of these things without the help of professionals. When the professional in question is so personable and decent, it makes it that much better.

As for the lady who wrote that she didn't get a call back from him; Even the nicest people deserve to take holidays off. What I am sure of is that if Justin is available, he WILL return your calls, he WILL show up as promised and he WILL do a great job. A terrific guy I would call on again without hesitation.

Thank my lucky stars I found Justin at the last minute! There I was with a broken kitchen faucet that was rotted through, water pouring out under the sink, not to mention dishes piling high as I (unsuccessfully) tried to replace it myself. Whew! Sometimes it's all about paying for your sanity folks! Called Justin yesterday AFTER business hours and he answered (really? awesome) then scheduled me for today. No hassle, super polite, easy going, showed up on time and did a fantastic job. He has a reasonable hourly rate too, which at the last minute was such a relief. There's a reviewer who is clearly a little trigger happy with their nasty yelp review - tisk tisk. We can't be perfect all the time but in this situation Aulday Plumbing delivered top-notch service from start to finish. Thanks Justin!

I kindly appreciate Justin`s services this morning, 8/16/21012. He glacially came in to check my water heater whether it is up to the safety code with free estimate. I called one company prior to contact Justin. I would be charged $129 for just looking at my heater water. Then he spends the to educate me how the system works. I highly recommend Aulday Plumbing.

Hi, I don't usually do this, but Justin Aulday provided my family excellent service on several occasions in the last couple of months. We were in the process of closing the sale of our former house in the Kensington Hills and getting our new townhouse in shape. Justin did better than we asked, on short notice, with a very positive attitude.

Thanks Justin for finding time to reply through Yelp. Im sorry that you think I wrote my review on the same day I called you, , waited for your response, then looked for another plumber and got the job done. But I understand that you are just trying to make an excuse.
I am not writing a review of your service Justin. The reason why I called you is because I believe what people say about you in Yelp. This review should not gauge how well you do your job. I was just frustrated that you can't respond to calls and phone messages. That led me to believe then that you alone run everything in this business.

Justin's great! Always responsive, both via email and phone. Very friendly and easy going. Always walks you through what he's doing while he repairs, and honest! He's nursed our poor old water heater through its end of days. Not sure what the person expected who phoned on JULY THE FOURTH.... I certainly wouldn't expect a business to be open unless it was a major grocery store chain.

He would always be my first call for plumbing needs!

I recommend strongly recommend Aulday plumbing. We have had Justin do work three times (and now finally getting around to writing a review;-). Each time, he has shown up on time, never had any issues, and find him candid and honest (even recommending work not be done at this time). Plus he is an enjoyable person to have in your home.
