I needed to get my electric water heater replaced at my office, and had gotten an unbelievably high quote from another leading plumber. I called Justin, he came by the next day, installed it in an hour and charged me very reasonably for his time. That's how it should be done! Bada bing bada boom! I called Justin on very short notice with a leaking kitchen faucet and asked for him to come out that day. He agreed to meet me right after my work finished and I found him at my house when I got there!! Luckily, the problem was small - almost embarrassingly small. Justin had it fixed in 5 minutes, showed me what to do if it happened again, and charged an extremely reasonable price considering I wasted his time. He could not have been nicer - he is now my go-to plumber

We had recently moved into a new house and needed a hook up for our gas dryer as it was only set up for an electric dryer. I got an appointment for the next day even though there was no hurry. He came out at the appointed time, the cost was in the window of his estimate, and I was pleased with the quality of the work. He charged $105 an hour plus material.

I recently had a water heater replaced by Justin. All went very well. After discussing different water heater options (brand, size, heating source, etc) I told Justin I wanted to research each model he mentioned before making a decision. Justin quickly emailed me each model ID number and shared his opinion/experience of each model in a matter-of-fact, non-bias way which I really appreciated. A week or so later, I decided on a model and had him install it. Justin was quick and efficient while being personable and relaxed, a true expert. Oh, and the water heater works great! Since the heater replacement in November, I've hired Justin for other plumbing work needed around the house and have had the same great results. I highly recommend Aulday Plumbing!

I've been working 6 days a week since September- but when I finally got around to patching the hole in the wall, that's when I started looking. If you'd used a drill and a 1"" bit, I wouldn't have a 2"" hole to patch. And once I redo your hole, so the pipe is parallel with the wall- I'll then have a 3"" hole to patch. The hole looks like it was punched with a hammer. I'll also have to paint since the wall is scuffed with black marks. If it was a 5 star job, and I'm being unreasonable, then why have the pictures removed? The real test will be when we sell and an inspector wants it cleaned up...

I usually try to do small things myself, because I have an ever-changing schedule and it's difficult to predict where I will be at any given time. However, I know when I am beyond my ability. Then I text Justin. Yes, you read that right, I *text* him. It is much more convenient for me to use text messaging when I am going place to place. Sure enough, within an hour I get a return message and can schedule at my convenience. He couldn't make it any easier for me!

He shows up when he's supposed to, gives me options with costs, and performs as promised. (He actually apologized for the last small job because he had to charge a full hour for 10 minutes work. Dude, you gotta make a living. 20 minutes each way and gas in addition to 10 minutes.) he just makes it easy for me, which is why I want a plumber to begin with!

We have used Aulday Plumbing twice now and will use them a third time if ever needed. Justin installed a new toilet the first time. This time Aaron installed a toilet in our other bathroom and he did a great job. Prompt, super friendly, & reasonably priced. We totally recommend them!
