Needed my A/C fixed, so I called up Azna as recommended by a few friends. Fred came by with his big tools, and started working my junk. He did a great job, and I paid him well for his services. It was a great time and such a life changing experience. Thanks Fred, and I'll call you again. You're the best I've ever had!

Well where to begin this review. My water pressure had been sucking in my shower for tooo long! I can't remember the name of the gentleman that worked on my pipes, but damn he was a good worker?!!! Showed up on time quoted me on a fix and then went to town on them pipes I tell you hwat. If I ever have another pipe job I know who I'm calling.

They worked quickly and super hard fixing all my pipes and water heater. Fred really knows his way around pipes he taught me a few things I didn't know abouT handling pipes! All in all some great hombres, gracias amigos!!!

I had a pipe that was neglected and went unused for a little while. I called Fred and he worked his magic to get my pipe cleaned. He is very handy and knows his way around a pipe. Very prompt and provided excellent service, and had me screaming Mr Sir with joy. Would definitely refer my friends with pipe problems to Fred and highly recommend his services.

Fred was a nice guy. Unfortunately I cannot recommend his services. When he left the furnace did work again however later that night it stopped working...again. We called a company recommended by the manufacturer. They came out and said the pressure switch needed to be replaced. It was under warranty and they would get it and install it. I called Fred to give him an update and ask for a partial refund from the $300 he charged me. He agreed and said he would drop off $150 check by Monday. Unfortunately that was several weeks ago. I reached out again but he didn't respond.

If you do use him I highly recommend asking for the cost upfront (the 2nd company only charged $150 total vs Fred's $300)

Fred I hope you honor your commitment to refund $150 at some point.

Fred answered the phone, set the very timely appointment & did the repair on my furnace, all on the same cold December day. I highly recommend Anza Plumbing & Heating & would use them again. An owner operator business is a god send to me.

Shoddy work, disappeared in the middle of project causing long delay, promises were not kept (multiple times), phone calls not returned (multiple times). Stay away if at all possible.

DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER. If zero stars were an option, that's what he'd get.

We had Fred at the house for a previous issue that was fixed promptly and only cost us $60 but that was because we had buyers insurance but Fred seemed super great. So when we had a clogged kitchen sink I called him. It was very hot so he was super busy with air conditioning calls so I told him to take his time and we could schedule a few days later for which he responded he would give us a better rate.

He said he would be at our house 9am Monday morning, showed up at 10, which was fine, I was working from home. He was in the house for about 30 minutes at which point he put a hole in the back of the house breaking through the stucco looking for the clean out. Saying he had to go get someone to help him move the dishwasher he left for about an hour (not sure why he couldn't just call someone). They proceeded to fuss around for about two hours snaking out our pipes, obviously making it sound and look like a much bigger job then it actually was.

After three hours and a massive mess, he handed me a bill for $980 (FOR THREE HOURS), which included $150 ""to move the dishwasher"" and $75 to put a piece of rubber and a metal tighter around an open pipe under the bar. Unfortunately I was so shocked I paid the bill. Our contractor came over and said we should have paid $250 at the max, he could have done it all through the kitchen drain and he suspects he lied about all the work he said he had to do to fix the problem.

DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER.

Horrible service, bad attitude, lying, and wanted to take me over the coals in cost. Also showed up late and I was his first customer of the day. I don't write reviews but Fred should not be a plumber. Beware!!

So I just can into some rental property in Torrance. I have a natural bias against car sales men, auto mechanics and plumbers. I am afraid they can sense my fear and take me for a ride if you know what I mean. So one of the properties came down with a case of water running through the light fixture in the bottom unit. Dear lord....

So I start poking around yelp and I found Anza Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning. I get Fred on the phone, nervous as hell. He was patient about explaining some possible scenarios and said he could run by that afternoon.

I met him at the property and he made me feel completely at easy. He had the problem fixed in under 2 hours, explaining everything in real English (I don't speak plumbing)

I was so impressed I had him look at the other 3 units the next week as a preemptive strike against other disasters. Guess what....he found nothing...NOTHING! I was stunned.

I would recommend Fred to anyone looking for a skilled and ETHICAL plumber. I just wish he was a car mechanic and a used car salesman as well.
