Just had a good experience with 1-800-AnyTyme!

Our shower would not heat up, and only cold water was running in the house. I called another plumbing company, and the guy was super creepy! What made it worse was he quoted me a super high price! I decided to get a second opinion, and called AnyTyme.

They arrived to my house within an hour after my call! I told him what the previous plumber told me and he laughed! The dude from AnyTyme explained that I only needed a simple fix, and would do it for a fraction of what the previous plumber quoted me! So hard to find a trustworthy plumber!!!

AnyTyme responded fast, and worked around my schedule. Our plumber was always on time, and was super PROFESSIONAL! It is so hard to find a trustworthy plumber so I was glad when I found theses dudes.

I would recommend AnyTyme to anyone.

Bob arrived on time and provided friendly service. It cost $165 for toilet drain cleaning/45 minutes of work. This is the second time I've used them, and I would use them again.

Nate was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. He was by far the best tech that I have worked with (and I have worked with a lot of different companies/technicians over the past couple of months). My husband and I will definitely be using Nate and 1-800 Anytime for all of our household needs from now on. We are first time home buyers and our house is a fixer upper so having a reliable company and technician that we can count on is great.

Jim was great; he installed a pendant lamp from our very high 14.5ft ceiling, and it looks great! He was friendly, prompt, efficient and knowledgeable, and I was very pleased with the service. The price was quite a lot more expensive than I had anticipated (they go by standard price quotes in a booklet they have), but Jim was a good sales person and talked me into it by reassuring me that the work is guaranteed and he would come back at no charge if there were any concerns. So they lose a star on price, but 5 stars for service.

Just had a fantastic experience with 1-800-AnyTyme. Came home from vacation to a blown water heater and flooded garage. Called another plumbing company on the advice of a friend. They came over with some crazy suggestions and even crazier costs. Sent the guy home and called 1800-AnyTyme and they had someone at my home within the hour (on a Saturday.)

Matt was incredibly professional, courteous, and flexible. Had to have water heaters (I have 2) removed, had someone come over to do repair work on walls, then Matt came back and installed both water heaters. AND - they saved me $2,000.

I have never appreciated hot water as much as I do tonight, and I have never appreciated how great 1800-AnyTyme is. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Well, we used Anytyme based on Yelp reviews. The story starts out good but ends sour. We bought a new house and wanted new thermostats, so we hooked up new thermostats and evidently did it incorrectly. So we called Anytyme to come find out what the problem was with the heat not coming on. They sent out Nate. He showed up and appeared to know what he was doing. He somehow made the heat work after 2 hours of staring at the thermostat. He then charged me $89 per unit to do a system check up, at my request, which took all of 5 minutes. No beef there, although it seems a bit pricey for what he did. The service call was originally supposed to be $49. When I scheduled the appointment I asked if I could use the Internet special coupon for $30, the lady on the phone said sure no problem I'll annotate it on the request. When Nate was drawing up the bill he had never heard of the coupon and gave me some grief about using it since he was ""giving me such a great deal and not charging me a diagnostic fee."" Up front pricing as their web site states, maybe not since he was haggling with me the entire time he was writing the bill. Long story short we paid him and he left. Although I felt it was pricey, I also felt at the time it was fair since nothing is free. Continuing on, two nights later it gets cold enough for the heat to come on, but it doesn't! What is going on? That morning I call a different Heating and Air guy who comes out to the house that day and finds the problem in two minutes; the thermostat is hooked up incorrectly! LOL Turns out Nate somehow tricked the heat into coming on and it really never would have worked from the thermostat control. I called Anytyme, spoke to the nice lady who answered the phone and explained what had happened wanting to give them a chance to make it right. She said the manager would give me a call. Well here we are a week later and no return call anytyme (spelling on purpose) since. Surprise, not really since I think he knows Nate hoodwinked us and stole our money!!! If you need honest help, stay away from Nate and probably the whole operation. I would be more than willing to hear from Anytyme if they wish to make this right!!

Ok now! A week after initially making this post, Javier from Anytyme contacted me concerning my comments. He was very friendly and professional. He took total responsibility for what had happened and mentioned several times ""Anytyme employees do not treat their customers that way."" He also mentioned they take their reviews very seriously and want to have a great reputation. After a few minutes of conversation he said he wanted to refund all the charges from the service visit. I said thank you and replied I would like to at least pay for the charges incurred from the A/C system check up performed since that was done and was a fair charge. Javier insisted on a full refund. He showed up the next day at my home to personally deliver the check. To say the least I am fairly impressed with how this turned out. I am about two weeks late posting this and would like to say I am sorry to Javier for not getting this done sooner. I have increased my rating to a 4 star based on the final outcome and will consider giving Anytyme another chance due to my interaction with Javier. If it's better, I will increase my rating to the max when that happens.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!! They LIED about what was wrong and tried to scam me by charging a ridiculous amount of money to do it!

They were called in because the thermostat was not working. According to them, there was break in the wire that would require them to break into the wall to replace it. They also gave specifics...the break was 14.2 feet into the line.

I didn't trust their work or the price they were charging so I had someone else come in for a second opinion. The trustworthy electrician (RK electric) I had found came in and found that the problem was as simple as a switch being turned off....I couldn't believe it!!!

I was outraged when I heard about the switch and completely mortified that anytyme tried to scam me with their lies and outrageous prices!!! Can't believe they were going to break into my walls....and for what?

You will be making the biggest mistake by trusting this company! It just so happens that my actual ac unit broke after anytyme looked at it and misdiagnosed/lied about the thermostat

Overall, I'd rate my experience with 1-800-Any-Tyme as excellent. They installed a new hvac system and distribution (duct work) on my roof. There were a few complications because my house was being re-roofed by a separate contractor at the same time, but adjustments were made, and things worked out great.

The installation was very well priced and the employees were very professional and courteous. I had bids from three other installers and Any-Tyme was the best by $500.

While I can't erase the initial experience I had with Anytyme, I must commend them for going out of their way to make it right. The owner contacted me and they were anxious to understand my experience and the problems I faced. They worked around my schedule, visited my home again, and in the end they turned me into a satisfied customer. Thanks.
