Nate explained why I'm having problems with my heating system. Suggested solution. We discussed at length all that involved. Because i didn't price any other company, and to end the cold temperature in bedroom is important for my husband, I agreed to ire Nate on the spot.
The work was done in the time allotted.

Solid Company with Great Experience.

Recently utilized this company to replace a busted in-sink disposal that my tenants some how killed. David P. was very prompt in his assessment and actually was able to give me a few options for fixing the issue. He also went a step further to check the condition of all the related fixtures/plumbing involved under the sink and suggested a few minor changes that could help me avoid problems in the future. I didn't feel like I was being ""up-sold"" on services buy a sleazy salesman, but his demeanor and professionalism felt about as genuine as it gets nowadays. I chose what I felt was the appropriate fix to satisfy both my wallet and the tenant's needs and was even able to talk him down on price just slightly to get the cost to a nice round figure. I appreciate the promptness, professionalism and accuracy in resolving my issue. The only reason I am not going with five stars is due to the follow-up call I never received. I usually like to know how any amount of my money is being spent and if everything worked out correctly after the job is completed. I ended up having to contact my property manager to find out if the job was completed and if it met the tenant's approval for being fixed. Other than that small issue I'd rate my experience a 4.9 out of 5 stars for these guys.

Giving one star because you cannot give a negative number of stars!,
If you want to be ripped off go here! If you want an honest plumbing company go ANYPLACE other than Anytime!
They are dishonest and without your consent they have subcontractors do work that is so horrible it is not even remotely close to code!
They tried to put a 36 in vanity in a spot that had and could only hold a 24 inch. Then when I went out and BOUGHT new things because the poor quality of what they were trying to install their contractor used a Sawsall on my FINISHED cabinet and completely RUINED it!
Even worse is their contractor never screwed the vanity to the wall!! He tried to tell me it was free floating!! The drain would have broken if I had not found a way to attach the. Amity to the wall!, I could not use the mount that came in the vanity from the factory because the installer glued the marble counter to the vanity. step one of the installation was SCREW vanity to the wall!! They never replaced the mirror they broke! They used our expensive decorator towels to clean up their plumbing glue!!! When I asked them what they were doing they said they are just towels!!!!
Then the drain leaked so bad I had to hire a different plumbing company to fix the HUGE mess that Anytime made!!
They did not even have the decency to come out and look at the horrible job they did!!!
Be advised that this is NOT the company to use!!!!

David P. was great: personable, knowledgable, efficient and professional. We highly recommend David P. and 1800 Anytyme, and would definitely use them again. David had our laundry plumbing fixed quickly and was great with our dog.

These guys do great work!!! They know what they are talking about, they are quick, and do exceptional work. I had a pretty difficult attic furnace install and they had no problems getting everything perfect. Cannot say enough good things about this experience! Nate & Dave (installers) were incredibly professional and clean. Celly (dispatch) is incredibly friendly, worked extremely hard to work around my schedule and is very responsive. 1800-AnyTyme is awesome, I would highly recommend their work!

Undependable! Unprofessional! Horrible! I call them to set up an appointment and the guy calls me back to tell me he can't come until Tuesday, so I request a Saturday. He gives me a 9 to 11 window. I wait until 11 and then call the office. They don't have me scheduled. I wasted all Saturday morning waiting for nothing. Who runs a business and makes appointments without keeping them? It was not a lack of communication. He called me back! He should have written it down as we were speaking! Lesson learned. I recommend you stay away unless you want to waste your time.

Our patio drain and couple of the rain gutter downspouts were clogged. Not knowing better called 1-800anytyme very nice and courteous customer service made an appointment for the next day. They came out Saturday and our service guy told us he is very familiar to this problem and they fix it all the time. He had to bring a ""hydro Jet"" machine and clean the pipes, so the $95 cleaning is now $700. So he scheduled a service call for Monday. On Monday, after hour and half past the promised time they called and said they have an emergency in the area and they will be a bit late. Long story short, never made it that day. Next day and almost 2 hours later than promised time they came with the machine and still could not unplug the pipe. So now they have to bring a crew to dig and fix the pipes, oh, yeah, the price is now $1000. So the next day after two hours of digging and still no progress, he calls me in the yard and tells me its going to cost me $4200 (without any measurement or written estimate) to replace less than 50 feet of drain pipes and they will have to cut the concrete under the patio (8-10 feet long) and that will be another $3600, so the $95 job is now is $7800. At this time I told him no, and I will get a second opinion.

Called the guy who put the system in ten years ago, came in this morning, and he gave me a bid for $300. No concrete work needed.

1-800anytyme might have nice trucks and courteous customer service, but not worth 26 times higher service call. I won't be EVER using them again or recommending them to my friends.

My property manager used these guys for a plumbing issue in my condo. They completed the work and then we had a problem again. Not their fault but when they came back, around 9am on Monday, the first guy stood around for 2 hours and did nothing. He said it would be best if the plumber ""Dave"" came out since he did the original work. He then proceeded to tell me that they cant come back until later because they are busy with paying customers and this is only warranty work. WHAT?! A customer is a customer and that is bad service. So Dave was supposed to come back at 3pm, did not arrive until 4 which was more time away from work for me. He blamed it on traffic which we all know it doesnt really start until 4 or what does exist at 3 doesnt delay you more than 15 minutes. So that was a lie and the office never called us once to let us know. When Dave did arrive, HE DID NOT KNOCK ON THE DOOR OR CALL. HE WALKED RIGHT INTO MY HOUSE!!!!! I almost tore him apart and he is lucky my dog was in his crate. When I warned him abotu how unprofessional that was he told me about a time he did it before to a guy in military housing and was lucky his dog didnt eat him. Bottom line, this company is unprofessional.

Travis at 1-800-Anytyme was amazing! He was right on time and took care of our A/C unit quickly and efficiently. It was so helpful to have him give suggestions on how to maintain our unit and keep it running great for years to come after our dog attacked the insulation and wiring. Great service- Great price! So thankful we called 1-800-Anytyme

This company has come to my apartment complex about ten times trying to fix a pipe. Every time turning off our water from 8 in the morning until sometimes midnight, 9 pm the earliest. The first time they turned off our water they filled the pipes with dirt and sand, needless to say all our faucets in the complex did not work and had no pressure. We called them and they sent someone out and told us we had to fix the problem or they would charge us. Ok fine whatever, the association takes care of the water anyways. All our apartment/ condos have individual owners, so being a tenant I cant call the association to tell them they need to hire new plumbers. Anyways we cleaned the lines, replaced some faucets and had somewhat better pressure. However our faucets have no cold water, my hands have little feelings left from washing dishes in steaming hot water. Lets not talk about the showers.
Now the past week they have been back, I was assuming they were trying to fix their mistake. My mistake, after not having water for three or four days our lines are clogged once again with dirt and sand so bad we cant flush our toilets! We left town for three days so we wouldn't have to deal without water over the weekend...to come back to this.
Don't hire this company. I'm at my wits end with this place and cant do anything about it. Therefore Im yelping.
