My company received a phone call from Celly asking if we can wash a few of the company vehicles. I was able to re arrange my day to accommodate his needs. I'm glad I was able to do so, becouse after meeting the staff I was instantly impressed how nice everybody was. I really enjoyed doing business with this company. Okay, so I wasn't so happy with the actual work performed, but after reading my review, Celly called me to apologize...profusely. He was sincere and made no excuses. He said he would refund the money I paid and he would send out another tech to do what the first one should have done. He also will make sure a camera is run down the line, so that I can see for myself exactly what the problem is. I give these guys a high five for taking the time to call me and going the extra mile to make things right.

Required a huge 6 hr window but still arrived an hour late. Quoted a price that was ridiculously expensive and pushed a ""membership fee"", would not take no for an answer on the membership. Also, would not provide a breakdown for services, only one giant number that doesn't tell me where their price is unreasonable whether it was labor or materials.

I have used Anytyme twice and both times I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from start to finish. Selly set up my service and he was so friendly and helpful. Someone came out less than two hours after my call.The first visit the plumber was efficient and gave me helpful advice to prevent any future problems with my sink.
My second service call was regarding a broken part in the toilet. Cesar was very friendly and he fixed the toilet quickly.

I don't mind paying extra for superior service, but I paid extra without superior service. Beware these guys. They sell of 'service' but don't deliver.

Install problems: To install water heater/softener they modified my HVAC system without understanding how it worked, and cut out a critical pump so I didn't have hot air...They did come back to fix this.

'Warranty' problems: they say that they stand by their installations for life, but if you try to get them to, then you are going to have trouble. The $5K system quit working after a year. First, they denied that they had installed the system, then when I showed them their receipt, they admitted that they had installed it, a slew of technicians came to look at it and left it in various states of disrepair. The last one said, 'I never would have installed a system like that,' and then quit returning phone calls, emails, and didn't even respond to the Better Business Bureau complaint that I filed (id 10118193). The system is still broken, and they have not responded.

I'm going to lodge one of these each week until this is fixed and see if that will get them to respond. It's been nearly a year. I'm not hopeful...

I wrote that Sept 5th, it's now Sept 20th...not response...still waiting, and wondering if you care about your reputation. And now it's Oct 18th...man you're really smashing it out of the park w/customer service...Nov 1st the silence is deafening

Last week I was surprised to received a phone call from the president of 1-800 Any Time over a year after my negative review. After talking to him at length he really appeared to want to make things right and offered me a few gift cards for future service. This really wasn't expected and I feel the new management is really going out of their way to make things right again. If and when my next clog or a/c heating service is due. I plan on giving 1-800 Any Time another chance.

We had a AC unit that was not cooling at our office, after having Stevenson plumbing come out and quote us (took a week to get someone out for a service call) we had a high quote and a part that needed to be ordered. We decided to give 1-800 AnyTyme come out and do a competitive quote.

I used their live assistance on line and Celly had me a competitive quote over in a few hours and the possibility of Same day or next day service to fix the problem, I was blown away how efficient it was.

Next day I had Nate M. out to our office to fix the problem, not only did he fix the corrosion, he relocated some parts so the same issue wouldn't happen again...Heads up Play!!!

Great service, will use them again!

The owner contacted me back and apologies for the issue i had in the past.
After talking with him on the phone looks like he is trying to put the customer head, and convinced me to give this company another try. i will try them for a tuning of my heating system before the winter come.
