Do not ever call this business if you have an emergency called them at 3:30 PM on Sunday they did not return my call until Monday at 7:30 AM !

Monday night my tenant left 2 messages with their answering service within and hour (between 10:30 and 11:30... never got a call back. I called my go-to plumbing company, the technician called me back within 10 min, then he was at the house fixing the problem within 20 minutes! That's how a ""Anytime"" plumbing Co. should be! I would not recommend using companies that claim they're 24hr / Anytime, and never call you back.

I am a new homeowner and have had a plethora of people in and out of my home working on different projects. Russell (plumber) has by far been the best! He was so pleasant and happy from start to finish. Literally giggling while working! His energy and positivity was contagious. His work was fast yet efficient. He even gave me a quick Plumbing 101, explaining how things work. If we have any other plumbing issue in the future I am surely requesting Russell. I highly recommend him!

I called Anytyme when my thermostat went out (on the hottest day of summer). They arrived later that day and only had to install a new thermostat as (I'd already removed the old non working one). The Tech was here for no more than 35 mins and it was repaired. He provided a $50 thermostat (Older home) and completed the repairs quickly. He was very professional and didn't waste any time. He checked the installation to ensure all was working properly.

Here is why Anytyme gets 4 vs 5 stars. Original price tag... $445 for a 30 min job and a $50 thermostat. I thought the tech was joking. After several phone calls and text messages with his front office the bill was reduced to $125. It should never Cost $445 to install a thermostat and the Tech agreed. I give the Tech a FIVE STAR rating for the work and his ability to get his front office to understand, this was a simple job..

Great service from Curtis who came out to fix our Air Conditioner on a Late Friday night. The Wife and Kids and I were overheating and he was able to get it up and running in no time. It ended up the capacitor was burnt out and he was nice enough to check to see if our Filter needed replacing since we weren't sure exactly were it was and how long it was since it was replaced in that we just move in this house about a year ago. Thanks again Curtis!!

This place is a joke! Called to have them come out and replace our water heater. Well from the minute they showed up I could tell the tech (John) they sent to evaluate the system was NOT interested in doing this job. He complained immediately that his last job was more that he expected and this was Friday afternoon and he hoped this would be easy. Well he quoted me a price for replacement $2208...WOW! I politely refused. Call Lowes and they were able to set me up with next appointment...TOTAL Cost $1351 COMPLETE! Dave from Lowes came out an installed new water heater and did some necessary strapping and was done and gone in two hours. Yes, if I could give Anytime Plumbing a ZERO I would have. If you need plumbing repair try ANYONE else, these people are just a ripoff.
