We contacted DJs to replace a leaking dishwasher drain tube and replace the kitchen sink faucet. They were able to come out the next day. It was not an easy job working in a difficult to access space under the sink. The faucet was the original one that came with the house 42 years ago and was very difficult to remove due to corrosion. Delano worked hard at it and managed to replace the drain tube and the faucet. He then tested the whole work for leaks. Unfortunately, a flaw in the new drain tubing produced a leak. Delano volunteered to go to the store, brought back a new one and replaced it again, He tested it all again, and all was working well. He cleaned up the area. The charge was very reasonable. We definitely would use them again.

I called this company twice over a period of two years, and both times, they were extremely responsive and reasonably priced. Then I asked for an estimate for something else, and they just wouldn't cough it up. I don't know why. When I asked for the estimate two more times, I got the impression that I bother D.J. That is not a good feeling to have as a customer.

Complete AC, Heater, and water heater installation in Sept 2020. Eric did the estimate and after three more estimates, I hired AC&R. Mike and Tony showed up to do the job and they did fantastic job. Seriously, they were amazing and worked their tail off and represented AC&R very well. I have already given their company name out to a few people looking for upgrades/modifications, I am sure they will get their business. Great job by this company from Eric, Tony, Mike, and Sharon who handled the payment.

no journeymen on this crew. used up my materials. still have tools they borrowed from me. substandard work. do not call this company. took months to complete a 5 day job. blew out holes in my ceiling and never repaired them. everything they touched went bad

$450.00 over the last month to accomplish very little and do a poor job on what they did get done. Cooler start up very haphazard and had to be redone by another company. Under sink plumbing leaky. Disposal they reinstalled mysteriously had a dime in the grinder they had to come back to remove (and charge for another house call). Check and restart hot water heater incredibly expensive...won't call them again.

Eugene is great! He returned my call quickly and was good with communication for scheduling. He fixed a sprinkler valve that had to be dug up and replaced. Just Sprinklers quoted me $1,300 to do the job which sounded pretty insane to me. The job cost me $335 with DeerBrooke. I will definitely use this company again if I need additional repairs!
